Great mall, and I prefer it to Towne West because it has two levels so you don't have to walk a mile to get to the other side.

Nice place, has quite a bit. I think the selection of stores could be better though. Parking is big enough on off days but I'm not sure how close it gets to being full on busy days like mid Saturday.

Some good stores with a little bit of everything for everyone. Would be nice if they had more food choices to choose from. Like a common food place like McDonald's or taco Bell even would be nice too.

Good place to walk around out of the weather. Food is good but kinda expensive. It feels somewhat safe but you always have to be careful. My husband and I take our daughter here to hang out with her friends occasionally.

The mall itself isn't bad. The Shoe Dept Encore was awful. The staff was uninformed and not helpful. They moved very, very slowly. Unfortunately, we made a purchase. That will, however, be the first and last purchase at that store. I recommend that you DON'T go there.

This mall has really gone down hill, IMO. Maybe Amazon and other online shopping platforms are to blame, but it also seems like the store owners just don't even try anymore. Everything feels very run down and kind of grimy. Would not recommend shopping here.

Good variety of stores. The food court offers some tasty bites. Everything is accessible for anyone. I have found them rather accommodating for disabled persons as well

All Shopping under one roof. Dropped in to pick up Annie Ann's as a staff reward for black Friday goals. Order was ready hot and smelled heavenly. Happy staff Happy management. Thanks to quick easy entrance Van Mar and to the left. Don't stop at Riddle's (Rip off, been there done that)

It was terrible.... A vendor selling a product called celestolite swore me to secrecy for the awesome deal that he was giving me that $149 and will tax it was $161.28. I was still upset with myself a little for buying it in first place but when I got home I realized he had charged me twice for the $161.28.... he's a fraud and I hope he never does business in Wichita ever again... this is why so many people have lost faith in human decency

Plenty of stores to shops from. More than just your basic more. It is a two-story building with escalators, stairs, and an elevator. It has an extravagant food court. It even has some of my favorite stores like, Riddle's Jewelry store, Things to Remember, and Third Planet. On the other side needs better security.

My daughter took me here shopping, i was really surprised to see a mall still standing, better yet it wasn't mostly empty... Kind of nostalgic in a way. This mall still has plenty of places to shop and we visited a few that day, overall i was pretty impressed

This is a great compilation of a verity of merchants. Clothing, foods of all types, jewelry, makeup even a wide variety of phone covers. Plus the mall is has it's always been a perfect place to spend the day out of the weather.

Love this mall. Now that its the only indoor mall in Wichita, it should stay a valuable part of the community. You can find everything you would expect at a mall to be here. Easy to get into and out of at just about any time of day.

Great place to walk or shop! Only down side is that if you go on a weekend everyone else is there and you practically can't find a parking spot. But it's still a lot of fun to come here. They have a Starbucks inside....... also several other really good food options!

Great stores and good prices. The only thing I would change is that girl with the lotion in the middle of the walk way. She will not let u pass with out her making u feel so uncomfortable because she wants you. NO HAS TO have you try her lotion. What does a guy need with crazy expensive lotion. Leave me alone crazy lady

Always great. I went in for a particular item, so it was one of the easier trips. Much better than the west mall. Among the atmosphere, their parking lot is attended to better.

This is one of the better malls especially for the surrounding areas. One thing that was a change to see was the amount of diversity in each store. The amount of different stores to shop from was a really nice change compared to other malls I have been to in the past. The food court had some nice choices, maybe one or two more restaurants wouldn't hurt, but other than that it was very nice to visit. The time when I went it almost seemed like 5 or more stores were going out of business or having a "closing sale" and each one of those stores had quite a bit of trash thrown around. Either way great place to shop.

Lots of shopping options here. Most stores are open 7 days a week. Hours shorter on the weekend Dinning option also at food court. It's nothing like the Mall of America but it's feasible for area. I would recommend

Don't let the shopping center be a thing of the past. I love the selections at the food court. There is great quality selection clothing stores. Also they have great selection for gifts, jewelry, cards and shoes and the novelty shops are one of my favorite.

Still a good mall, nowhere near the stores there were years ago of course, but no malls are the same as they were back then. This one remains clean and still has good stores with a great variety. Glad to still have it.

It used to be packed in the 90s, couldn't find a parking space, now all the parking lots are empty. Used to have a great arcade.

This is a great shopping center, it has all of the stores you could need, it's good for gift shopping for Christmas because it's like a one-stop-shop for your entire Christmas list. I come all the way from Hutchinson just to shop here. It is very clean, and there are always plenty of options for food and drink in the food court. There is Mall security to help you feel safe and there are maps located all around to show you where you are and what stores are near you. I love this mall. And if you come in with crutches they will supply you wheelchair and hold your crutches for you they are very accommodating.
