As you can see it reaches an feddbacks average is quite high, and it's based on a very high number of opinions, so we may say that the valuation is very faithful. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to give reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Came from Hartwell Ga. today to the Mall. Really enjoyed it. Hoping for the stores that are empty to soon be filled. Thats the only reason I didn't give it a 5.
Not very busy alot of places were closed
Always on time. Hate to see it go.
They have really good anime shops
Love this mall! Great stores.
It's just about empty. Where do other ppl go!?
When l worked in the mall for the first time. I was jaw dropping. The mall has great scenery and various store that sale virtually everything anyone could need. The prices are same like other places. Very clean and spacious.
Fun to spend the day with the family here but it's sad to see so many shops closed and no Hot Topic
This mall is dead. There are shuttered stores and few people.
Great place to shop. Security is awesome. Went in to shop, came back to DOA battery, call security, jump started my car and I was well on my way. ❤❤
Only go to lids. But thw people at lids are always nice and helpful.
Nice place to visit. Everyone love doing walking laps in the mall
I was stuck on the elevator it seemed like an eternity. Once I was rescued, I learned that on the previous day customers stated that it was not functioning properly so I was naturally upset because there should have been signage stating that it was inoperable. My anxiety level had reached an all time high! I called the number that was listed for the mall and it went to voicemail. I hope that no one else ever experiences this!
Very quiet. A lot of stores have closed but there are still some gems there.
I love the food court. Shopping is pretty good as well
Went shopping at sears in the mall. Still a great store!
It has changed quite. A bit
It's a run down mall. Not a lot of stores. Honestly surprised it is still open and running. Hardly any shoppers.
Pretty cool mall. Clean bathroom! I like their Rainbow store
This place is struggling, with a lot of closed spaces. Still, it's nice to come walk here on nasty days. And my kids used to love the train rides. The food court is usually clean. One plus is that there's a police precinct here so the place seems very secure.
Im not a fan of malls and ive been to better but atleast this one is not packed full of people
Tailor/alterations shop upstairs near Belk is excellent. Great prices, very skilled and professional workers, meticulous work.
Every thing you'd like to see in a mall and more. Great food and popular outlet mall stores all in one place. Plus a train ride for the kids and massage therapy chairs for the adults. All conveniently located next to the Athens-Clarke Co. Police precinct and right in the bus route!
I used to love coming to this mall when I was raising my children in Athens, but I would never bring my grandchildren here!! It is an embarrassment to this community and not worth the gas to drive to. The mall is dark and dingy. Very few people were there and the quality of merchandise was poor. Customer service was worse than the environment. Even a middle aged worker in a phone accessories store would not get off her personal phone call to answer questions about merchandise. In Sears the merchandise looked like yard sale junk with little or no attempt to display it in a way that is pleasing to the eye. Customer service was no where to be found. Mall bathrooms were filthy. Spencer gifts, which I used to enjoy, showed no evidence of customer service personnel. Although the food court appearance was much better, I decided to leave and skip lunch due to the otherwise poor and seedy conditions at this mall.
Good food court. But malls aren't the same as the 90s
I have to give 4 stars because this place has seen far better days in the past. For what it's worth if you want a place to walk getting exercise this is great place to get it, and they still have good amount of stores.
Good prices but hardly any stores left in the mall
Penney and Belk are the anchors and there is a fair variety of other recognizable merchants. Some malls generally seem dated and this is one of them. Parking was fine, getting out could be could be a challenge.
The best experience for the first time for my 2 year old
Good place. CHill meet new folks
Good place to get some exercise.
Pleasant atmosphere and enjoyable.
This mall has gone down since my teenage years! It’s not the same. It needs to be torn down honestly
Nice mall, very clean. The center Kiosks have annoying people. I know they have a job to do and that is sells. But If wanted your product I would come to you. Very pushy and rude at times.
A good variety of shops from trendy to sporty to adult casual. Good food court and some doctors' offices. A bit off the beaten track, but accessible by several transit lines.
Okay place to walk around, but I wish there were more than just clothes or shoe stores
Many stores are still in this mall but it seems that the glory of the past years is slowly fading away. This mall was the business hub in Athens for decades but ...!! Still man good stores are there so come and visit.
As far as malls go this is one of the better ones in my opinion, because it's not so huge and busy and they have a great Santa during the Christmas season as well as a train that kids and their parents can ride all around the mall. They also have stuffed animals that are battery powered that the kids can ride on and drive all over the mall at a price and being as how it isn't super busy it's actually a safe thing to do here. Great fun for families and an all around fun mall for the kids. I take my kids here every year to get their pictures taken with Santa and the Santa has a real beard and hair and takes time with the kids to read them a story from his book and talk with them. My kids have never been afraid of the Santa at this Mall and that's not something I can say about the other bigger and busier malls. It's just a great local Mall with a local hometown atmosphere that you just can't get at the HUGE Mega Malls.
Great mall with a fantastic food court!!!
Some of the stores that sell clothing need some serious competition going to get some serious business! The food court is spacious and cozy. Great for fambly outings.
Sad to see this nice mall deserted on a Saturday morning. It’s clean and well maintained but with Macy’s closed, Sears closing in a few days and Penney’s on the ropes, it won’t be possible or for the already struggling stores to remain open. w What will be done with this huge property? It’s such an eyesore to see abandoned, vandalized malls in other cities. I hope this one might be repurposed into something useful.
This local mall isn't like it used to be back in the day. It still has stores and all, but with a larger boom of online shopping, that seems to be where everyone is headed. There is a food court for eating, with differnet varieties of things that are all enjoyable. This spot seems to be where most people are found. During the holidays one can find Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and trick or treating to the local stores.
I hadn't been at Georgia square for years, and I guess because of all of the new stores that have gone up around it perhaps the mall just isn't the place to be anymore. It was pretty dead and there was lots of space for rent, but what was there was what it always has been and of course the cookie store always gets my business, but it just seemed sort of dead.
There are like 2 good stores. It's a fun was to kill an afternoon if you go with friends and have a sense of humor about the not so great stores
It's OK for what it is. There is a lot of vacancy though and the majority of the stores that are there always look very empty.
The mall used to be drab but they’re getting more and more businesses and the mall traffic is real open so you don’t have to worry about crowds. I have to say my favorite store is the alteration shop upstairs and to the left of the stairs. They do a great job and fast work. I’ve gone there a few times and never had a complaint.
I like this mall but it's sad that there aren't more people there.
Love to shop there at the mall but you need some money in there
Lots to window shop, eat , prices r good, meet new people, sit relax and watch the flow of the traffic. .. I ENJOY IT SO MUCH!!!!
Nice place to walk see all store with ease
Woman was in men's restroom, smoking a cigarette while waiting on her boyfriend to finish his business. Beyond the pale....
Great people and great service Sears and belks
Good mall to find the basic stores, but also a few gems inside as well! Whether you're looking for a formal dress, your basic closet items, or something to "heal your chakra," there's a store for it all here.
It's ridiculous hardly any stores and more closing. Sad because it has the ability to do better than what it's doing now.
This mall barely has any businesses worth visiting open. So many stores have closed. There are more flea market type stores open. I did see a scrapbook store which was cute. Seems as though they were setting up for a class or something. The Macy's went out of business and seem to have taken quite a few stores with them.
Beautiful place! I took my husband here for a Tool concert for his birthday. It was incredible.
Many stores inside the mall are gone. Otherwise nice clean mall
Isnt the same anymore. But clothing selection is great
It was a down-home relaxed feeling shopping mall didn't have much but you can get what you need.
This place has really gone downhill these last few years. Bye Sears.
Love Belk red dot sale
Good place to go and shop and eat and meet friends
Uncrowded, but a lot of empty store spaces
Great place , glad to see Epps bridge shopping did not put this place out of business it's a good mail with lots of good stores to look at .
Almost empty. Most stores have either moved or gone out of business. Used to be a great mall.
This place wasn't over crowded and the parking was great. I had a wonderful shopping experience no Hassel the shops are great also the deals right now are amazing. I would definitely take my family there and visit again. The food court has a variety of different tastes for whatever your craving. I was not disappointed for a smaller mall it is put together well.
Great place too shop. Its a shame that alot of the stores are moving out and closing up. It use too be a nice mall with things happening thru out. Now it looks vacant and in shambles. It needs alittle help to make it shine.
Very nice yes there were many nice shops with nice people. I give it 5/5
