This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Have pretty much grown up in this mall, sad to see society doing most of their shopping online...and so many stores going out. I miss when the mall was the place to go to shop and to socialize. Good memories!
Pretty run of the mill mall. Just take the drive to castlerock outlets
Nice selection of shops. Not crowded. Places to sit. Clean bathrooms.
Lots of great shops. Very clean mall. Felt safe and secure. Strong security presence. I love coming to this mall for the panani sandwiches. Also to take kids on the awesome Monkey Train. So I would highly recommend this mall to anyone locals and travelers. They also have great shoe and cap stores.
is a very good place to go with the family. definetely a great option for a Sunday
Its just like any mall in america some are big and clean some are small and dirty
Great place I had 30 minute massage felt great
Good theater, and great tasting slushy's
Clean and has an easy to use directory.
Enjoy all the shops in side.
Went to Colorado to visit my son & his wife. We went to the mall to look around. It was so clean & store displays looked great. I want to go back and explore more.
Great Mall, with a large Selection of activities and shops! My Personal Favorite is GloGolf
Warning: you might be racially profiled while at Macys. My husband wanted to find some new shirts so we came to Macy’s around 7pm after dinner. He went to try some things on and I went to look at kitchen items in the home department. I noticed an older man employee wearing a tie who appeared to be the manager following me. He made it quite obvious he was watching me when he stood less than a foot behind me (facing me might I add) as I was looking at products on the wall. There was nobody else around. I stared at him as he stood behind me and he just looked away. I was feeling uncomfortable by the mere fact a man was following me so I walked away to find my husband and he kept following me! I could hear his dress shoes clicking as he walked behind me. As soon as my husband walked up, he walked away. Maybe I should add that my husband is Caucasian and I’m Asian. Maybe it was because it was late or they have a lot of shoplifting but if you’re a woman or a minority, I would be careful because there are some creepy people here. Another reminder of why we shop online. This mall is pretty dead anyways.
Did some shopping with my daughter here. It was nice to visit stores we don't have in pueblo. Got Some nice things. The individual stores each had great customer service.
I've shopped at the Chapel Hills Mall since the mid 1980's and over the past 10 years have witnessed it slowly die as more and more major retailers go out of business and vacant spots pop up throughout the Mall. I remember the Chapel Hills Mall in its hay-day when it was the place to go but sadly it is a shell of its former self and mgmt apparently hasn't kept with the times to create a dynamic retail shopping experience that draws shoppers in. The Mall's appearance on the inside and outside needs to be revitalized, the Mall should offer more compelling services/experiences, bring in dynamic retailers that are fun to shop at, perhaps encourage more community/social networked-driven activity, and have higher end dining experiences available (think Shoppes at Briargate or Park Meadows). I will still shop there from time-to-time with my family to get our Chapel Hill's Mall nostalgia fix coupled with a need to interact with real humans rather than an app on our phones to make purchases but I would like to see a true revamping of the Mall experience. Northern Colorado Springs and Monument deserve it.
Uhhhh... Uhhhhhh...... Uhhhhh.... The employees at chic fil a are very kind people
It has a lot of stores. The mall is very open but very plain. The eaterie needs more fast food places...like a hot dog shop or a Bourbon Chicken. Plenty of seating but disappointed in the eating selections. This could be a beautiful mall inside with a little vision.
It was great back-to-school shopping for our kindergarten kiddo. We found everything we needed.
There were a lot of unoccupied shops, but the ones that remained were pretty good.
I love getting my eyebrows done here by some of the ladies at Brow Art 24. This mall has a little bit of a different vibe and atmosphere compared to the Citadel but in a good way. The selection is good for clothing and furniture but could stand to maybe look at some other options regarding infrastructure to make the location more attractive. A few upgrades would do well.
Good sized mall. Great for newborn children starting to walk lots of open space for them to roam.
Very busy, clean and all storefronts seem very organized. The variety of stores is great too. Only complaint would be finding parking.
Escalators don’t work anywhere. Difficult trying to find a way out from the basement level.
I love their mall very clean a lot for different store in it
It Comicon weekend and I have never seen so many people at that Mall. Everyone has their costumes on. The Palace Salon and Spa are vendors at this event. They have a selection of Wigs in colors that are in demand right now. There are some new stores and alot of activities for the kids.
It had any stores and great people at the stores
Very nice and large shopping mall. Lots of stores and restaurants in side.
Had an amazing time with my 2 year old son
Was pretty dope!!, went to the movies and saw midsommar! It was a wicked flick!
Enjoyable afternoon outing.
This is the preferred Mall in the Springs. They seem to stay up to date with stores and amenities. Has a nice theater attached.
It's a typical mall. Nothing special but it's clean and doesn't seem to have the loitering problem that the other mall in town has. They have some nice stores and fun places for kids like Build A Bear. They also have a decent food court.
Nothing like it used to be like 5 years ago. it's really quiet, like nobody goes there anymore. it's kinda nice in a sense but it's also kinda eerie. the food court is pretty lame these day's. The only good part I'd say is the fact that it's located up north....in the nice side of town. But it's Def not as poppin as it used to be.
If you're looking to visit an authentic ghost town this is a place for you. This used to be of hopping and bustling shopping place for the town folk of Colorado springs in the early 2000s and before. It's exciting to walk in the Erie and spooky dwellings of what used to be. Leave your money at home because there is nothing to buy here just sightseeing alone, even if you wanted to buy anything there's no businesses to buy anything from.(the picture is what I was able to buy from there)
I don't go out much anymore. But this is a good place to meet up with friends if needed
Great mall. Great management. Safe.
One of my favorite malls in Colorado. It's always clean and pretty to look at. This mall offers a variety of different stores, definitely enough to get all your shopping done in one stop.
It's the mall, it was clean, no complaints.
Love the mall. So much better than the other one
Big mall they ways have what i want.
Love this mall!! Has everything
I love this place, my little boy always has a blast. But what I love the most is how clean this place is. Oct 12th 2019 1:34pm.
This mall is a lot better than the other mall. Definitely means a few more new shops but they still have quite a few The food court needs a really big overhaul I think. They used to have some really good places before now it seems like they're not that great.
Went for comic con, had a blast.
Very nice mall just wish the parking lot was nice as well.
This particular mall isn't for everyone. It's ok in my opinion. If you are more grounded and want more diversity then the citadel is the better mall. If you are looking for the "finer" things then this may be the mall for you.
This use to be a very nice place to go shopping. Now half the mall is empty and the employees in many of the stores are just wandering around and not caring about the customers. Really sad to see.
Some of my favorite stores are there, but I feel it's lacking an oriental shop. I noticed it was missing a few too many stores, and I feel the only way it's staying fully in business is the Colorado Springs Comic Con. I hope to go to it this year too, but still debating if I can even make it to that as well.
The mall is not very busy. I would say about 25% of all the stores are closed. It's almost a wonder the mall itself is still open. The ones that are open are very good and the choices of places are pretty good.
No stores and it’s empty
Great mall. I've been going there since I have been a child. The only thing I do miss is the ice rink that closed down so long ago. That was what really made it over there for me.
There's just not much left here anymore. It feels like a shell of its former self. The stores left are your typical mall stores but they are mostly well-kept and fun enough.
It's a mall. What is not to love about a mall.
Nice small unfortunately a lot of stores are closing
Much better than citidel mall
Great food court and it’s nice and clean the hot topic staff is very friendly and helpful along with bath and body works the staff is very helpful and friendly!
Nice mall , can spend time on weekends.little away from town.lot of food joints are here and young crowd is seen mostly
Great place to take kids could have a better food court to though
A nice mall with lots of shops to visit, I could spend a solid 3 hours here.
The Zales here was amazing! Ecko and Jake were absolutely wonderful with helping my husband and I! Highly recommend going here!
New management has changed this mall for the better. Bring in some more stores and this mall will be turned around completely.
Good basic selection of stores. Macy’s, Dicks and Nordstrom. I suggest the minigolf for family activities. The AMC theater is in high demand although they don’t offer recliner seating.
I remember going here when I was a kid, loved it, just doesn't have the same allure.
1st time being to this AMC theater and it was great. Top notch.
This place is great! My boys absolutely love this place! Always very clean and Octavio is always so welcoming!!
Good clouth go with ur girl friend
Probably the best shopping mall in Colorado Springs! We went for the reptile exhibit but stayed for the shopping! Lots of stores here and this mall stays busy! You should be able to find anything you're looking for here locally, including sports equipment. The movie theater here is good too I've been here a few times before to watch a flick and they provide great service. Mall staff is generally pretty pleasant and helpful. Beware sometimes o have to park a distance away since there are so many people here locally that shop here. I Highly recommend chapel hills mall!
The mall is very nice and a great place for people to meet there's a place upstairs where everybody can get a bite to eat and just sit and visit I love it there
Lots of empty retail locations, could use some updates
This mall is a nice. It’s not the biggest, but it has all the stores you’d need to have a good time. The food court is also nice because of the Chick-Fil-A. Overall the mall is very clean and has friendly people.
One of the best mall's the springs has to offer, Chapel hills mall. In my opinion, this very mall is one of my personal list of local locations here in Colodrado Springs that defines the higher quaility of life, we the masses all hope to acheive. From the vast food court, thru toward the huge cinema, Chapel Hill's Mall seems to strive to greater quality of commerce.
Great place all around. A vast variety of stores, ranging from All Things Catholic to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The food court has a lot of options, some good for a nice lunch and others for a dessert or snack. The atmosphere is nice and I feel as though I can come here for anything, to get some new clothes, to grab a smoothie, see some puppies, see a movie, or just to get out of the house. I love to meet friends here because of the wide variety. The place is always under control and seems to be perfectly clean every time I come here. I love the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, which I avoided for years thinking I was going to spend 20 bucks for a piece of chocolate, which i ended up regretting. This is a great place to go for a treat as it isn't half as expensive as expected. Almost every employee is kind, the only employee I've ever had an issue with is a woman with a harsh Indian accent selling body jewelry. If this woman approaches you I'd suggest you to get out of there in a flash. My friend and I noticed the jewelry and were immediately met with "Do you have money?" We replied with a no, to which she asked if our parents were at the mall. Though we replied with a no, as we were both 18 at the time and we are two completely different races from two different families, she pushed on to ask "Do your parents have money?" It was an annoying experience though I can't help but laugh every time I think of it.
Decent mall. Several empty stores.
Burlington coat factory and Shoe Carnival are awesome
I enjoyed going here.the shops are a good size and the chocolate shop was really good!
Not bad. Needs some better stores.
Haha this mall is mostly empty but this shirt was soooo funny! And this mall has auntie Anne's pretzels
Great mall. It was not busy so the sales staff was great. They could take their time with all our questions
Nice mall. Clean and good store variety. Much cleaner and safer than Citadel!
It's a mall. You go there to shop and walk around. The stores aren't all closing and run down like the Citadel. You can pretty much done most clothing outlets here.
A fairly quiet mall but good shops
It's clear that they are fighting to stay relevant, but it's equally clear that they are losing the fight. The vibe reminds me very much of the Westminster Mall right before they shut down and were bulldozed to make room for a more up-to-date mixed use area
Hardly any good stores. Everything is either really cheap or overly expensive. Buckle certainly doesn't belong in that mall.
Always a nice shopping experience here!
Fantastic place for kiddos! Friendly staff and very clean.
This is a cozy little mall with a lot of small, independent shops, a movieplex and plenty of big box stores and restaurants in the strip malls surrounding it.
It's a mall with a decent movie theater in it.
Everywhere I went people were very nice and helpful. Customer service was great!
Great customer service, they allways keep the place clean. Reasonable price as well.
Beautiful mall. Went into Dillard's so nice employees especially in the cosmetic department. Thank you Tina Montoya for your help in cosmetics.
Great variety of stores and tons of sales.
Went to the convention. Was fun
Lot of nice stores, mall is clean, feels safe there, great play area for children, cute train ride for kids for small fee, has Annie Pretzels!, food court is nice but could use better food selections
Wonderful location with a lot of different stores. Good food court too. I never expected to have a convention here of all places though, but it definitely was amazing
Largest mall in Colorado springs, that's about all there is to say. Nice stores that are a little bigger than the citadel. But overall the mall itself is in disrepair and could use a little tlc. Lots of parking available here
We covered the Colorado Springs Comic Con at The Old Sears Location Nice Mall Great Staff Security Was Very Professional.
The mall is a little older and has the appearance of being a sad place. A reminder of the death of malls and mini malls. But, it's well kept and has plenty of good shopping and amenities. Here for the motorcycle training academy, small space but good location within the mall.
#ChapelHillsMall is looking very similar to the #CitadelMall in more ways than one and not necessarily in a good way! There is obviously a migration of stores that are vacating traditional malls for various reasons - stores that are iconic for being only at the local mall. Even the food court is suffering! It’s sad to see but Chapel Hills is still hanging in there and hopefully for MANY YEARS to come. #HangInThere #LetsGuide
Always able to find what I need and get a good price! There really is a mass variety of things to shop for!
Sad. So many closed stores. No viable directory. Many escalators shut down.
Good selection of stores and food options
Get awesome wstches, get them fixed. Love all thete clocks
Great movie!! Spiderman! Also the snacks were superb!
Not very busy for a Monday night. Pretty clean place. They have a fun small spot for the kiddos to burn energy off.
Awesome assortment of shops
No reason to go to this place. Everything can simply be bought online and you don't have to deal with traffic.
I'm used to the gallerias in California and Texas. We used to spend all day shopping and lunching... The malls in Colorado Springs are depressing. If I must go, it is a quick run in, grab what you need and get out.
Great way to spend the day and lose lots of money in the stores.
It was ok, I like Best buy.
Place needs a coffin to stuff tge mall into. Sad, because it has the bones to be amazing, but places like Amazon, Walmart killing these places.
Can really tell that Amazon had it's way with the mall. Sparse crowds and shops devoid of life. The most activity is around the smoker's benches near the entrances. Go if you must.
Went to the perfume shop and got absolutely hustled. Lady at the shop told me my perfume was discontinued so it would be 150$ just googled actual price between 30-50$... will be online shopping now for this product terrible scam artists.
If you like threaded objects that go over your body and over priced junk then this place is for you
Cute little area for kids!
A family friendly place. Nice choice of stores.
A mall like most others, but that allows Prime Time Sports (owned and operated by racists) to rent space. The best way to protest racist companies is to shop elsewhere. If you support them, you support racism. Plain and simple.
It's the "Better Mall" of the spring's small and not really much to see or do here best thing here is the build a bear.
Chapel Hills Mall you are very convenient to shop at I love being at Macy's and the The movies I love how I feel at home with sitting back an relaxing with the choice's of foods you give and the drinks and especially the popcorn freshly made and the butter yummy you never disappoint me Chapel Hills you are the best see you soon.
With half the escalators not working you’d think they would make it possible to get to the first floor somewhere, nope
It's a nice mall. Unfortunately nobody goes to malls anymore. So there are a lot of empty stores.
Went to walk the mall. Love this mall.
Easy to shop and get around. Nice places to choose from.
Kind of run down, but still a nice enough place to get items last minute
Chapel Hills how far have you fallen? I remember coming here and going to the ice skating rink or rock climbing through the food court or he'll even going to the Disney Store! Now the only things that keep me coming here is Springs Barber Shop with they're awesome barbers, and the vape store along with, H&M
Favorite place to go shop and and see some puppies lol
Kind of mellow. Just like any mall having issues keeping tenants.
Endless opportunity to get great sales and savings. The mall is well maintained and have decent attractions for all ages
Most of times we go there for sport items in Dick's, like Maurices and many more. Good place to hang out
A Mall?! Chapel Hills Mall is continuing to reinvent itself which is great. Not sure what'll replace Sears, but Im sure it'll be good.
Dillard's has some badass styles/selection
It'll be gone in 5 years. But it's an okay mall. It would get 5 stars if the escalators ever worked...
Awesome mall. Perfect for a date or simply hanging out with friends. Also the security there is really cool and professional.
This review is specific to Auntie Anne's pretzel in the mall 09/29/19 410pm. Always incredibly expensive and you almost always get something that's been sitting around for awhile. Mostly kids run this place and must be largely without supervision. Today was in line waiting and watching a young girl (I think) making the mini pretzel bite things. This person had one headphone in and plastic gloves on while working with the raw dough, then proceeded to reach up to scratch their face and put their other earbud in after working with it for a few seconds to get it situated right, then directly back to working with the dough without missing a beat. Needless to say we left without a purchase. Fast forward about 30 minutes, we were walking by on the way out, and watched the same person putting on a new pair of gloves....by blowing them up right there for the world to see. Will not be visiting this place again.
A lot of places are now empty but good stores still and I like their movie theater
Malls are waining, this one is kept in good condition, with 35 percent vacancy. Specialty stores here are great.
Both the Chapel Hills and the Citadel shopping Malls (centers) only earn 4 out of 5. One can tell from the vacancy factor that Malls are getting less popular and less attention is paid to marketing and getting shoppers to attend any happenings... a national market trend as folks are using their phones to shop.
Very nice mall
Malls are always busy this time of year, and this trip was no exception, but this mall is usually pretty dead as most malls are these days. That being said, this mall is always very clean and is nicely laid out.
Sadly very run down lately.. Kids throwing things over balcony in food court needs to be more security
It's a good mall. They have a vape shop in there that stinks up a whole wing of the mall and a pet shop that has had some protesters upset. Other than that they have some great mall Walkers in the morning and fit4mom class in the winter. Some fun indoor activities for kids like dance and mini golf and an indoor park. So it's has some pretty good positives.
No footlocker in a mall! Or any show place no Finish line. Wow.
Always an interesting sign when tattoo parlor and move into the mall
As many stores and a good food court
It's a great place to hangout an it is always so clean thanks to the wonderful employees.
This is a chill place when you wanna shop with friends. Also very cool they are opening a event area for this years Colorado springs comic con. Definitly will be attending this year
Its the Mall! On the north end of town, where theres a bit more wealth. It shows all around. In my experiences it has always been clean, with all the services you need. The floor layout makes sense, easy going shopping. The stores are fine. Your typical corporate layout. Definitely the better shopping mall in the city.
Good place to go as an alternative to Citadel Mall
Malls suck in general but it's a good place t ool wonder around when the weather outside isn't nice enough for walks.
Great selection of stores and services to most of your needs and wants. Wether it's outdoors or indoor events theirs something there for you and your family! Great renovation to the movie theater, but can be a bit expensive than other theater around. Lastly, some stores don't honor military veterans discount, it would be nice if they do!
Maybe it's better on the weekend
Good to see this mall still open where people can shop, talk and walk with families, versus shopping for everything on Amazon. Clean and easily accessible from I-25 and Academy Blvd. Nice shops and friendly atmosphere.
This place feels like a mid-tier mall. Obviously, Park Meadows in South Denver is much better stores and aesthetic
Went there with hubby, had a good time until I started getting a migrane. There was a weird smell in some of the stores like Spencers.
Went to Burlington and bought some luggage and decided to go and look at Dillard’s the security officer followed us through the entire store until we came out n acted as though we stole them from Dillard’s never been treated so badly in my life..
Only mall on the north side of Colorado Springs. Lots of other shops in strip mall settings around this area. Plenty of fast food choices or sit down dinning if you prefer.
Chapel hills mall makes for a great diverse shopping expierence. You can find anything from kids clothing and accecories to formal wear. The mall has always been popular shopping center therefore parking may be tight on the weekends. There is also covered parking out side of dillards.
Variety of shops so window-shopping is never dull, cute indoor playground for kiddos, and a decent food court.
Love the mall and the selection of stores. Draw back was all the teens running throughout. Left early before we wanted to as was not ok with all the people not shopping and pushing past my family in the halls
