On a scale of 1 to 10 ten being the best I would rate Thomas a 10+. I purchased a new home in Sun City and had issues with most of the locks working poorly and worn out. He either fixed or replace them. He has a large inventory of products to choose from and can custom order if need be. Best of all he will work with you on pricing. I drove to a store, borrowed a phone and in a panic called the first locksmith I could find. Thank goodness for me it was Integrity Lock and Key and Tom answered the phone. I was panicked, upset and I am sure he thought I was a nut. But nevertheless Tom took my address and said he would be there as quickly as possible. Absolutely awesome! I had locked my keys in my car at 11:55pm on a Sunday. I called called 4-5 other companies (that did not answer) before I came across the listing for integrity lock & key. Derrick answered and told me that I was located outside of his area but that he would look through his contacts and call me back. A few minutes later he called back and told me that he would come because he loves helping people. He drove 34 miles and had my door unlocked in 2 minutes. What a blessing!!!

Not only did he re-key my house, he made very short work of it. He was able to trouble shoot certain problems that persisted with doors as well to help make them more secure. I was incredibly impressed with Tom and his service! We just moved into a new home and had paid for a home warranty that covered getting our locks changed. Tom came out the very day I called and stayed until late that evening making sure everything was perfect. We had these really loud doors that were hard to close and he fixed them! He noticed the problem right away and we thought we were going to have to deal with the noise or get new doors! Tom is extremely knowledgeable of his craft and takes a lot of pride in his work.
