Called and was quoted 150 dollars to cut and program a key fob that I was providing for a 2004 BMW 325i. When I brought the car on the next day the so called tech said it would be 200 dollars and he didn't care what I was told over the phone and I can go elsewhere if I don't like it. So I left. Completely unprofessional

Quick friendly helpful service, very reasonably priced.I went in person to get keys copied this time but I have also have them come out and make a key for a vehicle before it only took them an hour to show up and they had a new key cut from the serial number in 15 minutes.

We lost our key to our Audi and dealer wanted close to $400 for a new key with fob and programming. I called C & S and they offered me 2 different types and did it today. The man they came out showed up right at given time and said it would take 45 minutes to an hour for the key he had it done less than 30 minutes! This was my local “go to” place for all things locks. But today I found myself going thru a very unfortunate and very degrading experience at this “local locksmith”. After one of the gentlemen was helping me he seeked input on my situation from another gentlemen there. They seemed shady as I went from a $180 lever to a $25 dollar lever. Their whole attitude changed after they saw I would only be purchasing a smaller amount. They suddenly didn’t understand what I was trying to buy and shoutted me out the store saying they wouldn’t make “any refunds!” to me since “I” didnt know what I needed. Moking me with a “Have A Good Day!” shout as I left the property. So much for trying to support your local stores and shops. Very disappointing.

Disappointed to find out that there was a $50 service call fee not applied to any of the bill. No mention of it on website or in conversation prior to waiting a day for someone to show. Was told the fee would be one price then had to ask for an invoice after the service only to find out the invoice price was different than what was talked about. Got into a whole "he said, he said" and easier to just pay it than continue. The locks got repaired but not the best feeling afterwards with the surprises. Discuss everything up front and get it in writing ahead of time!

great people. great service. great price. I called yesterday to see if they could replace a remote fob for my 11 year old suv. she said sure. $75. I came in five minutes to closing, and not only did she fix it, she reused all the interior from my old fob, and saved me $50, charging me only $25 for the new plastic casing. last week I stopped in and they made me a replacement chipped key for a 2016 wrangler for $75, when Jim click wanted $269 for the exact same thing. I will absolutely do all of my lock and key services here in the future. I highly recommend.

$20 and a signature you won't fuss if the key does not work. So they know it won't, but they still take your $20. Absolutely dishonest. What if I signed? Does that mean they can fool everybody with a signature? I am hoping, do they? Never their fault since they're hiding under a skirt. But their reputation? Who cares? Much better company when they were operating at the old location. Now... not worth anymore. Beware people, fob keys are iffy but they will never tell you that. Will take your money regardless. Takes them 2 minutes to copy a key that won't work. $20 per 2 minutes, $600 per 1 hour if they find enough people to buy their lies. But you can't complain, you just ducked and they smile. Never again.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Carlos was a saint. I was locked out of my car. He spent an hour trying to get into my car, in the scorching heat. Couldn't do it. Not his fault-I just have a POS car. I finally begged him to just break a window. He didn't want to do it, but as I said, I begged him to do it. He did it and then didn't charge me for the service call because he felt bad about having to break the window. I love him! What a class guy! Believe me, I will still pay him for his service!

My wife was on her way to pick me up after an overnight at a local hospital and lost the key to our 2014 GMC Denali. She was already on stress overload with my medical issue and losing the key just made it worse. One call to C&S and they were immediately on thier way. Upon arrival they discovered that our 2014 actually took a 2013 key. Instead of the locksmith driving back, they dispatched a second person from thier shop to bring the correct key while the first gentleman went to work on prepping the truck. I spent 35 years in a highly competitive, high volume, and low margin business where the only difference was the level customer service you provided. I know how to provide exceptional customer service and I know when i recieve it. I most certainly recieved it C&S Locksmiths. A totally satisfied customer!

I went in to get a key cut based on a code. They took the number, made the key, took my money, handed me the receipt, then asked who made up that stupid code because a 6 and 1 should never be next to each other and I would have issues with that key. How about saying something before taking my money?

This company sent a locksmith by the name of Shane to my house to make keys for my 1965 classic car and messed up the (brand new) ignition. They then refused to take responsibility for their shoddy work and told me to " Have your lawyer call our lawyer". I paid $225.00 for two copies of the door and ignition key and now need to have the vehicle towed to my mechanic to fix the damage because the car won't start. I would advise anyone to avoid these people. There are plenty of decent, honest businesses out there. This one does not meet that standard.
