Called before 08:00 and they called be back in less than 30 minutes. Offered an alternative to service call to save us the expense. When the alternative didn't work, and learning we were uncomfortably remote, he gave our number to another Smith in our area who agreed to fit us into the day's schedule. 45-minutes later our mailbox lock was replaced at a reasonable charge. Great customer service all around.

Moss Lock and Key is the BEST!!!!! After a horrific experience with another locksmith company(24/7 Locksmith) I was scrambling to find someone who could fix a HUGE mistake that had been made by another company. Mr Moss answered my questions, quieted my fears and was extremely professional, courteous and prompt! He is a man with impeccable integrity and very reasonable rates (his rates are actually what he quotes!). He came recommended to me by my cousin. (Should have called her first to get Moss Lock and Key ;-) ) I will recommend Agent Locksmith/Moss Lock and Key all day every day. I cannot say enough good about the very professional job he did.

This is one of the locksmiths in the valley that you want to call. If you're quoted a price over the phone, he will stick to it. House lockouts, car lockouts, home/business rekeys and automotive keys made are easy to quote. But you have to understand that if you are asking a technician to come to your house and diagnose and repair an issue, it is very hard to give a quote over the phone. After being in the locksmith business for several years before selling my company, I will tell you this. If you call a locksmith and you ask for one of the previous services mentioned and they cannot give you a specific quote (like service charge, price per lock rekeyed, flat rate for car or home unlock) for basic locksmith service, DO NOT USE THAT LOCKSMITH! You will regret it, I promise you that. As a previous locksmith shop owner myself, I've heard many horror stories of people getting ridiculously overcharged for basic services. Use a local locksmith with a local number. If you are calling a "1-800" number, they are not local and they are running a scam. Ben from Agent Locksmith is a prior detective in AZ and a really good dude you can trust. And if he cant help you for whatever reason, he will point you in the right direction. Don't get scammed. Call Ben.

Two days before we were to leave for a Labor Day camping trip with our travel trailer, I couldn't for the life of me find the keys to the door and storage compartments. I called Ben and set an appointment for the next day. Ben showed up right on time despite the fact his mouth was all numbed up from a cavity filling at the dentist. He rekeyed our existing locks and provided me with 2 sets of keys ...as he said, "one to use and one to lose" :) He also cleaned and lubricated all of the storage compartment locks around the RV that had been filled with sand and were sticking. Ben is great at what he does. Lots of service businesses could take a lesson in customer service from Agent Locksmith. One of the best parts was the price...I almost felt bad paying as little as I did so I gave him a tip for the great service experience. Highly recommended.

Called Mr. Moss after needing my home re-keyed. Communication was great as we were advised exactly when he would arrive. Mr. Moss was friendly and professional during his service call and was very fair and reasonable for a complete home re-key.
