I admit I was late, But let me explain! After the first week they wanted money the same week. Went in on a Wednesday had to go right back that Friday. No problem! The next time I left it open should’ve paid off then..I called in on a Friday, I think, I was at work so I asked if I could wait till Monday bc I was out of town working... So they sent my check through & yes I stopped it bc they said they’ll wait til then. I eventually pd it back.. I called this morning.. she said come on with statement and check.. When I get here another lady makes a phone call.. to the manager I guess...not asking the question but volunteers her input.. her words where,” this is a no go right?”, before she even asked about my account. Should’ve known something bc when I walked in she gets off a phone call & ask can I help you with a worker there not doing any thing. Don’t do that.. Why would you tell me to do everything I needed to do if the loan wasn’t going to be approved. I should’ve been told that on the phone. So I waisted my time & energy on something that could’ve been handled over the phone.

They give a courtesy call just before your loan is due, which I love because missing a payment would be awful and I get very busy at times and lose track of what day it is. I also love that I can pay it back over the phone with my debit card rather than driving out there. I also like that the process of renewing a loan is very quick. I usually only have to bring my ID and my checkbook to renew. The service is great and the ladies there are very personable.
