This is a very well run professional secondary lender broker. Make no mistake about the company, Jon, and Ed....they really work for you and are on your side vs the lender. Ask many many questions and clearly know what you are getting into. Compared to a conventional lender, like a bank, your rates are much higher, but a lot less paperwork such as financials. There was a bit more than I was first lead to believe, but nothing to difficult. My borrowed amount was fairly large, so it probably took a little longer, but in the end it took less than two weeks from initial consultation call to money wired to my bank. What a relief, especially at Christmas time!! They saved my business when all conventional lenders snickered at my requests. Thank you Amerifi, Jon and Ed. John P.
