When my wife and I found out the home we always said we would buy if it came on the market was now for sale, we had to act quickly. We needed a lender who was responsive and didn't make mistakes. In other words, we didn't want to be just another client. Lynne responded quickly to all emails, explained and guided us through the process, and hit all of her numbers. By that I mean that her quotes matched her final numbers. One of the things I looked for when I was shopping for a lender was a lender that didn't make any mistakes in their quotes. You look closely at your quotes, if you see any mistakes then it is fair to wonder if more are coming when the process and timeline are critical. Lynne was awesome throughout.
