Worst bank i have ever had to deal with. I have left dozens of voice messages for a call back concerning an auto loan, and for weeks i havent been able to reach anybody or recieved any calls. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BANK TO DO YOUR CAR FINANCING WITH! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Please beware with this bank and believe all the negative reviews, this bank is a joke they closed my credit card without any notice, causing me financial problems. Besides the embarrassment of a transaction being declined , since they closed the account I've been making all my payments on time, until they started charging me interest on there closed credit card. I missed a payment because the frustration of being charged, and now im 60 point less on my credit score , I have over 10 credit cards from the most reputable banks on USA to the cheapest one and this has never happened to me before I honestly regret the day I accepted this credit card. I really hope someone find this review helpfull and think twice before starting doing bussiness with this thieves....

I applied for their credit card. After processing my application for a month, they sent me an email it is rejected! My score is 750 with excellent history! Stay away from it

This is by far the worst bank ever. Last week they charged me over $160 in fees. This week the same charge of $160 for money I already had in the bank. $320 in 2 weeks is ridiculous!!!!! And they won't even refund me any of it back. Now I have no money whatsoever.

Está banco no sirve para coger un carro porque yo cambié mi carro por uno más adelantado y con todo y eso me sacaron un pago de mi cuenta de cheques porque se pagaba automático y ahora para que me devuelvan mi dinero tengo que esperar 10 días hábiles y llamo porque el cheque de mi pago no aparece y también no me dan mi dinero completo son unos pillos como le roban a la gente y con licencia para robar.

this is really a ZERO rating, but I cannot post without a star. Just received an email from them with NO unsubscribe, in fact NO small text with their email policies in small print, this is illegal activity! Very shady shenanigans for sure!

This bank has awful customer service, will charge you late fees even if you pay your bill on time. CSR's will literally argue with you, lie to you and tell you there is nothing they can do. Keep your money and credit away from this bank.

It has been more than 3 weeks that I have applied for a credit card and they have not processed my application yet! It takes them forever to process your application! I have called and emailed them but nothing changed.
