This is a garbage credit union. They charge fees on stupid things like losing debit cards. The external transfers you can do online take 5 *business* days to process, rendering it completely inefficient to even bother with. Representatives on the phone are rude. Their website promises responses to emails sent to them on their website within one day; I have never once received a reply. Literally they spent a TON of money on changing the name to Canvas CU...lol. Awful choice and an awful waste of money for a "nonprofit". They list all of the employment pay under a single item in the annual membership report, hiding from the CU members the disgustingly overpaid executive salaries. Honestly, this is a terribly run credit union. They should've updated their infrastructure and dumped their moron CEO Todd who seems to be driving the CU insolvent. At least he gave some of his relatives cushy jobs, right?

Avoid. Go elsewhere. Your time is worth more than this. Banked with Canvas (formerly (PSCU) for business and personal since the mid 2000s, and recently the place has really fallen apart. Recently 1) had my online banking account access randomly revoked 2) had my other credit union and the coop share stop recognizing Canvas, 3) had my transfers capped at a lower, inconvenient rate without notice, and 4) received erroneous letters telling me my account was abandoned. Closing the account took 4 hours (!) of phone time, with much misinformation and too many dropped calls to be a coincidence.
