Honestly the best place to go. ADM is an amazing group of individuals who do nothing but try to help and make your experience of home buying nothing short of simple. I would recommend them 1000 times over!!

Awful!! My husband and I were originally working with them but they are awful! They took all of my paper work and had told me that they were going to make copies and call me so that I could get the originals back and they never called. So I tried calling heather (who we were working with) and she just vanished! She wouldn't return our phone calls or our emails and was never there when we tried to go in! We still have not been able to get ahold of her to get our papers back! This place is just horrible! Don't work with this company!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They ruined three deals by refusing to finance the purchase of my home the day before closing. Our home was damaged in the recent hail storm just a few weeks before closing. The roof and gutter work has been completed but we're waiting on approval from the insurance company for the cost to replace three Windows and the AC unit. All of which are in working condition. Cosmetic damage only. They refused to fund the loan because of those items despite the buyers putting 50% down and me putting 2x the replacement cost in escrow. And the repairs total less than 1% of the purchase price. All of the risk is being assumed by me. As a result my family has lost the house we were trying to by. The people we were buying from have lost the purchase on their new house and our buyers are now homeless since hey closed on their house already. DO NOT USE these guys! They cited some obscure corporate policy as grounds that doesn't show up in their lending documents and that they have not supplied so far. They have turned the lives of three families upside down for no reason. As a last bit of caution. If you're selling a house and you have an offer with American Dream listed as the lender. Reject the offer.

I bought my first house through American Dream in May after being referred there by my dad. My parents had originally used them to refinance their house several years ago and then used them again when they bought their new house. All of their staff was extremely helpful through the entire process and were always there to answer my questions. My experience was wonderful and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

I was working with another company the lady had everything so messed up she told me I didn't qualify. All I owed was my truck payment, a car I co-signed for and credit cards totaling $1200.00. Patrick to over got the numbers right and fought to get it done. I have total respect for this man. He is amazing in my book. From the first time I talked to him he made me feel positive. I had faith that we were going to close and here I am a proud owner of a house that has a ton of equity in it. Thanks

Everyone in the office was very open to getting and answering questions (which we had in bucket loads) and in helping us view homes (We looked at several and we looked at a few several times). They work fast and efficiently but were able to slow down when I needed to stop for a breather.
