Instead of helping me further. Or trying i was told to go to pls or walmart to cash a check. She claimed there was no number to call to verify, also stating i would have to wait 30mins for a manager to approve it. Then she stated there is not enough info on the check to validate it. Having missed the long list of numbers on the back she shuuuued me out of her growing line. Thanks. Hopefully when she in need someone will go the extra to help her.

Sheryl rocks, give this woman a raise. My check wasn't running through the machine correctly. She came over with her prowess and showed hailey a trick to eliminate our problem. This is the WORST place to cash your check cause I've been going there for years and then 1 day I come in to cash my check and some new black lady was very rude and refused to cash my check cause my name was wrote in blue ink so I had to go clear out of my way to money tree to cash my check so I'll NEVER cash my check there again EVER!!!

First off, I want to say why do Ace charge customers a fee to take of money? I was really heated about that . Secondly I dont like the fact that we have to go into Ace stores to get cash instead of going to a Network ATM. I will never get the Flare card ever again . My deposit be late to hit my card on Fridays. Too many fees on this card, its definitely not worth it at all.

The cashier didnt bother to look into my account to cash my check and she already gave me a fee of over 100.00 I've cash over 100 checks larger than this one paying 30 50 dollars all over colorado. Horrible Customer Service!! I went to get a check cashed around 1pm and I waited over an Hour and a half on a Friday because She Couldn't Verify my 1800.00 Check Even though they have Cashed them before at other stores, So now its 2:33 pm and After waiting so long Kindly I said "i can come back later" She tells me she will keep working on it and will call me within an hour because she has to call her supervisor.. so 7:00pm comes NO CALL so i called.. Then im told to wait until tomorrow and call back so i call back THE NEXT DAY at 9am and the SAME PERSON tells me to give her 5 min and she'll call me back so i wait until 6 pm in the Evening and she tells me she hasnt heard anything back!! GREAT ME EITHER For 9 hrs I waited and was very patient Giving that i wasted 2 DAYS with this place trying to cash a check!!! Just UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A Call Back Would of been Great!!! But to everyone out there DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!! .....................TRY LEND NATION, 20 min In and Out!

The employees are friendly and helpful. That said, DON'T GO HERE. You think you have financial problems now?? This is basically legal loan sharking and they not only make a lot of money off of the people who can least afford it, but they want to keep you as a customer as long as possible. If you are having a hard time paying your bills now, why would you be better off once they take a big bite out of your next paycheck or paychecks?? DON'T DO IT!!

Extremely poor experience with your cashier this afternoon. I want to say her name was Danielle but when we asked for her name she refused to repeat it since she was turning us away due to us being white. Our first impression was her saying hmm another white dude. Then my employee waited while she considered helping him. It was a payroll check and she needed to call me the employer. It happens to be my day off so I wasn't near a computer. I explained that I would help however I could but since I wasn't near my computer I could only do my best. She asked standard questions and then asked for the check amount. I told her I would need to find it online and it would take a minute. I have over 20 employees and vendors and don't know the amounts off the top of my head. She seemed put out but waited. I asked my daughter to get her shoes on and put her sisters shoes on and she said you will need to call me back I don't have time to wait while you people shoe shop. I said I have it and she started telling me off about how I needed to call back and she didn't have time for me. I said again I will not call back I have it right here and gave her the check amount. She continued to speak over me telling me how she didnt have time for us people and I said if you would stop talking over me its this amount. She hung up on me and turned the "white" dude away saying she didn't have time to wait for us people.
