It's convenient if you have an animal. They have an animal self serving grooming center. It was a very neat set up. And the animal center is completely separate from where the clothes are being washed. It's a clean place plenty of washers and dryers. But it is kind of pricey.

I’ve frequented here for about a year now. The facility is generally pretty clean. The staff is friendly and calls me by name and always says hello. I’ve used their wash/dry service and have done my own laundry here as well. It can be weird with all the homeless and riff raff but the staff seems to handle it well and calls the cops if need be or they tell people to leave. I’ve never felt unsafe in the laundry mat. The location is a bit sketchy at times but this side of town is being regentrified so it’s getting better. As for how they could improve: It would be awesome if they had a list posted of detergents to choose from instead of having to ask and more green options for detergents. Sometimes some of the staff complain about the crazy stuff they have to deal with which is understandable on this side of town but I’m not here to listen to them complain. I would love it if folding was done in a consistent way. All in all I’m happy with the work they do and the facility. Review update 9/19/19 I’m still satisfied with my experience. I have some feedback to add: I think separating lights and darks should be standard. I separate my laundry prior to dropping it off so that this is easy (and not gross) for the person doing my laundry. I can tell my darks are washed with my lights because my darks have light colored fuzz on them (my sheets are light grey linen). I sacrifice several things financially in order to afford dropping off my laundry so I’d love it if I experienced it like the luxury it is to me. Maybe instead of having the attendant fill out the form....have a more specific form that we fill out. Options like types of soaps, no plastic bags around the clothes (this is not environmentally friendly but I understand some situations call for it), if we bring our own soap, and lights/darks washed separate (maybe a policy that people have to do it ahead of time).

My experience here unfortunate has not been good.A week ago I wanted to do laundry in one of the big washers that was available, well the laundry tenant wanted me to move to the back where the washers were already full so she can use the last big washer available. My second time here today I got accused of stealing quarters that were left in the change machine that apparently a homeless person left? The laundry tenant gave this person money because she claimed I was the only person over there? I waited in my car with my child until my laundry was done.I do believe it was diffently due to my race.I would like to mention that there are cameras and a screen so the laundry tenant can watch all activity.There are signs clearly that says don't leave any belonging behind not responsible for theft.The laundry tenant Brook seen that I only had $2 in quarters in my hand yet she questioned me if I stole quarters??The area is horrible parking is horrible service is very discriminating we will not return.

Horrible experience with the OWNER! Was parked in the handicap spot as I have the legal right and was questioned as to why I was in the handicapped spot. At that time a friend stated that was rude to ask someone if they were handicapped the owner responded with "its rude to use it when u don't need it" just because someone doesn't look handicapped doesn't mean they aren't handicap! HORRIBLE PLACE

Pluses: Great machines, nice and clean. My clothes got pretty clean and the dryers did not take forever (spent about $1 each) and they didn't bake my clothing. Ambient lighting and fantastic ambiance. They have a change machine you can put a $20 in and it will give you back two five dollar bills and a ten I'm change! Another plus for dog owners is the dog wash. It may be in a bad neighborhood as other people noted but it's a really nice place.. I didn't see any transients or people sleeping outside the building.. I didn't feel unsafe there in the least. I would absolutely recommend it, even if it may be a drive. The negatives: (the complete reason why I took off two stars) I have never been there prior to a few days ago. When I asked the attendant if I may have change, she pointed to the change machine, started to explain how to use the change machine, and of course I looked to where she was pointing. In a condescending tone she said 'No, no, no, look at me, look at me.' Now, I understand she probably gets asked this umpteen times in a day but there is no reason for her to talk to a 35 year old woman like this. I ignored the rudeness, everyone has a bad day. So, it didn't stop there. After we loaded our clothes in some of the larger washers (love em!), another 'valued' customer asked her a question about laundry baskets.. Not sure what, I wasn't eavesdropping.. She was walking towards a dryer she had going and as soon as she turned her head away from him, she passed me and said quietly but quite loud enough for me to hear "dumbass" in reference to the man that just asked her a question! I have worked in some of the toughest customer service industries for the past 16 years, the past 13 years with an award winning (JD Powers) company for customer service. It's fine to get frustrated. It's OK to have a bad day. But you never, ever insult the customers. The customers are the backbone of your business! Just because I am a new customer with a question you have heard a bunch of times does not give you the right to talk to me like a toddler. I am an adult and paying customer, if you point.. I will obviously look in the direction you are pointing. And to hear the attendant call another customer a dumbass for asking a question? Hopefully the owner will see this, and I am hoping the owner isn't the attendant that was there that night because any business owner knows the customers are their bread and butter. I understand a workers mind-set when dealing with a difficult customer, it's never OK to be insulting in any case. In this situation, nor I or the other customer were difficult or rude. It was uncalled for. I will change my review gladly if this issue is corrected. As a customer, it is not my job to speak with the employee and correct them. The most I can do is make sure management or the owners are aware and hope it is handled. I will give this place another chance and will keep recommending it because it looks like the owners took a lot of time and effort to make this daunting chore a wonderful experience. We shall see how my next visit goes.

All of my clothes were just stolen yesterday with attendants on duty. When i got mad about it the male employee working attacked me with a pvc pipe and also with a big plastic table. I have been trying to get ahold of the owner for surveillance footage with no luck. Do not go here if you want a safe environment to wash clothes. The employees might attack you and your clothes might get stolen.

Came here for the first time because my local laundromat was closed for renovations, was surprised, very clean and nice laundromat, very well kept, all new and modern machines, prices to wash are affordable, washing machines are $2.50 and up depending on what size machine you choose and the type of cycle, small dryers are .25¢ for every 5min and large dryers are .50¢, good dryers, was able to dry my medium laundry load in 40min ($2.00). The only downside is that they do not have enough parking, besides that I will definitely come back.

ratchet alert! watch out for who is there; obviously when a pimp is there respect his prison rule mentality or he will throw a temper tantrum. We are talking totally toddler because we beat him to the machines he wanted which would take up a quarter of the facility! SO if you want to wash your laundry in the same place as junkies, hookers, and vagrants stomp on in... your clothes will smell like they were washed in a dirty laundry basket, thus the name...

Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is; how clean this facility is; how having multiple sizes of washers and dryers saves a lot of money. Add free Wi-Fi, outlets to charge your mobile devices, plenty of seating and multiple TV's to watch and this place nails it from a drudgery chore to a relaxing experience.

One washer did good every thing got clean. Second didn't spin out all the way and had to rehash washers are 6$ to rehash that's ridiculous. And it took almost 10 just to dry 2 loads of cloths in the big dryers it just wasn't getting hot.

This place was clean and friendly. They have one of those HUGE washers that fit three loads of laundry, which at $9 saved us money. There is a lot of places to sit down and I was able to charge my phone. The decor is SUPER cute and trendy. Had to get a key from the front to use the restroom but was surprised at how fresh and clean it was. It's been 10 years since I've used a laundry mat but this was by far the nicest place I've been. Neighborhood is a bit sketch so be sure to keep an eye on belongings and lock car.

It serves its purpose. It's moderately priced and the dryers here are the best that I've found in the area. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a tendency of getting pretty busy (and crowded) on weekends. Especially Sunday afternoon. The only negatives I can think of are that it closes relatively early, 9:00pm. For those of us who work days it can be a little hectic getting in and out. There are two parking lots which are both way too small. The back has 4 spaces and there are 6-8 in the front. It can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because the laundromat is located near a busy intersection and it sits directly next to a car wash. The owners have made the effort to make it welcoming. There is a TV located inside, but it has a tendency to cut in and out. If there was one thing they could do to make it better it would be that they could offer their customers a Wifi hotspot. This is the only laundromat I've seen that didn't offer free Wifi service to their customers. It would definitely help kill time while your clothes are washing. The place isn't huge and sometimes you do have to wait for an area to fold your clothes, but for what areas it's lacking it makes up for in cleanliness and the welcoming environment. They do have a restroom for customers, but sometimes you have to go next door to the car wash to get the key for it, but it's exceptionally clean and has always been well stocked. Locally there are cheaper options, but the machines here are newer and provide a better clean and faster dry than others. I've used a few different places locally, but I have finally realized that this is the one I prefer and as long as I require this type of facility I will continue to use this one. It can get busy, but generally it's quieter and a much cleaner place than some others. The machines do vary in price, but their dryers work quickly. They start at $0.25 and I've found that most of my loads only take $1-1.25 to dry. If you find yourself in need of a laundromat or if you need a larger machine to was things like bed linens or blankets I would definitely recommend this place.

And no matter how much laundry I bring I'm never there for longer than an hour and 45 min! There's also a self dog washing station connected to the laundry mat! Would definitely recommend this place if needing a cheap/friendly place to do your laundry!

I Love This Laundromat The staff is friendly and chill and the place is always spotless clean. They have a chic seating area with electric outlets to charge your phone while you wait. They might be a slight bit more expensive than your average laundromat but they offer different machines that range in price from $2.25 to $7. Their next door business, the laundro mutt, a self service dog wash, is accessible from the laundromat and have viewing windows into the washing rooms.

First time i have ever been here and wondered if my clothes were clean when done. There was what looked like animal hair in practically all the machines and all over the floor. I took pics but it wont let me add them here. For the prices they charge the place should be better taken care of. The toy/candy machines also took my money and the owner said it wasn't their responsibility. Very disappointed this time around

Large reasonably priced washing machines. Very clean and an attendant is always on sure. The driers are $0.25 but only give 6 minutes so you better use 2 quarters if you want your clothing dry, 3 for heavier items like towels and blankets. The per wash is $10.00 but worth it because you get shampoo, flea/tick bath, deodorizer, conditioner, blowers, and towels.

Our biggest reason we love this place, is the dog wash. We love to be able to take our fur babies with us when we go. We go out of out way each week to be able to go here. Yes its not in a great great neighborhood, but honestly the situation is what you make it when you go somewhere.

The person that's going to quite a few laundromats this is a really cool little spot. The laundromat is kept in very very clean and there is also an additional room to laundromat where there is two Doggie wash areas with a washer and dryer in there as well. My only criticism is that it seems to be quite expensive for the wash for the doggos, but it seems to be about the average as far as cost.

This laundromat and staff are very helpful...Sunday morning one of the washers I was using started smoking when the load was finished...the woman who works there was very apologetic about the situation. She paid for a higher end machine to remove the rubber smell from my clothes. A very nice place to do laundry. Thank You Laundry Basket. New machines but I understand things break once in a while. And the clothes smell fine.

Sketchy characters in and lurking about some times but hey makes laundry that much more fun! Dryers are pretty ridiculous expensive but I've tried every size washer now and they all rinse and wash really well. Ooh don't mind the cabbage smell by the sink and the dryers in the back had no effect on cleanliness of my clothes at all! Probably just old plumbing from the restaurant next door that closed
