This is the only laundromat I use. I've been going there for about 1 year and a half and have never had any real issues. They are always very friendly and helpful. There's almost always someone there to fix the machine or have change if you need. There's not alot of sketchy people coming and going either.

Hey I have family who work here and I also have family who work at the kanawha city coin laundry first off have you ever thought of how expensive equipment and brand new machines are or the crazy crackhead parents with there children with no manners, yeh I'd like to see u people work with the public

The store has all good washer and dryer machines that accept your credit card payment. It costs expensively for laundry.

First time there and was very disappointed. It cost $6.75 for the big washers and it took $2.00 more than what it said then when I went to put the third load in I put in 4.24 in needed more money went and got it and within no more than 2-3 minutes time it jumped back to $6.75 so that one took my money. It took me a total of $20 to wash three loads Then there ATM machine didn't work and several of there's washers and dryers were out of order. I ended up having to go somewhere else

Had to go here to wash some comforters to large for my washer at home , machines took debit cards so that was handy , seems clean enough here

They won't turn airconditining down to cool place off ! It is as hot as 8t 8s outside inside!

Not the worst place to do your laundry. There was a lemur monkey behind the counter and ever some games in the back to play while waiting. It helps having a dollar store next to it to waste time in.

It is a lot nicer looking than the other laundromat here in town it is a little bit more to use the machines but as far as cleanliness it is nice. They do have a lot of the machines out of order that they need to get fixed but I will be coming back to this one again.

Great Laundromat Washers and Dryers were clean. However there were lots out of service signs which had many customers waiting for open washers and dryers. If all the equipment was available it would make everyone's life easier.

Clean environment and the machines that were working worked very well. The dryers did a good job with only one cycle. Only thing that was an issue is that there were A LOT of machines out of order.
