This place does not deserve a 1 star. It is an absolute ZERO! The largest washing machine, the only 1 not out of order, did not spin out any of the water and we were left having to wring out every towel we put in there. Only 2 out of 5 medium washers were operating. 3 out of 7 small washers were operating. 3 out of 14 dryers worked properly. Most of the dryers were out of order, didn't take the quarters or didn't heat at all. The facility had a wretched rotting smell and was extremely dirty. I can not believe the town, city, state or health department allows this laundromat to be opened. Many, many violations at this facility.

Do not even pull in parking lot keep on going.....4 months since the last review was written we thought things would have been fixed but no. Theee out of sixteen dryers worked and four out of fourteen washers worked. Some had out of order but most didn't. Everything inside and out was filthy dirty. This would be a great place to start a LAUNDROMAT.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star it's below zero. There are only 4 washers working in the place and only 5 dryers. I have wasted over $20 here and not happy at all. I have had several machines take my money. This place is a dump. Never again will I even consider coming here even though I live in mt Jackson I will travel elsewhere

Most of the washers n dryers are out of service an the dryers take for ever to even dry clothes. Definitely needs work done to improve its business.

The owner IS HORRIBLE. COMPLETELY AWFUL! Someone needs to teach his add manners... how to be a polite decent human being.

Literally the worst possible place to do laundry. The majority of the machines don't even work, and the machines that do steal more quarters than what they count. Just go somewhere else.

Good luck finding a dryer that works. And don't expect the coin return to give you back your money when you find out the machine you're trying is out of order. Use this laundromat only if you're desperate.

It does not pay to be low income or poor in Mt Jackson Va this laundromat is terrible unclean most of the appliances do not work 14 dryers and only 1 works14 washers and only 7 work.Holtzman you do a fine job is this town........NOT

It gets a star, because you can't give it zero stars and give a review. A complete dump. I believe they make money by simply collecting quarters with their defective machines.
