The lady who owns this place is rude and horrible. The first time I went there I was told the restroom in the laundry mat was out of service and the AC was too. I asked the man behind the counter in the convenience store who owns the laundry mat if my two year old daughter could use the bathroom and at first he said no but then said ok quickly. I also was told that they will not break bills. So my second experience there the restrooms were still not in working conditions or the AC and the change machine was out of order. My husband and I would take turns driving our children to the bathroom at either the kangaroo or family dollar which are the closest places because the owners would not allow my kids to use their bathroom at their store adjacent to the laundry mat. My third and last experience, the restrooms and AC still don't work, the laundry started to smell like urine after getting out of dryer, and two out of three of my dryers would stop working and when I asked the owner if she could refund or credit me for the quarters and time lost on the machine she said no and started mouthing off and yelling back and forth with me she tried saying that you are suppose to push the button three times for 30 minutes and that it wasn't her loss but this wasn't annotated on the produces for working the dryers or anywhere in the facility. I was there alone with my 5 year old and after my altercation with the lady she wouldn't let my 5 year old daughter use her restroom and I couldn't just leave and drive to a restroom because she wouldn't make it and I had folded laundry sitting on the counter I felt so helpless and my daughter ended up peeing on herself. This place is not worth putting money into I hope it closes down someday. I will never go back there!

Newer machines, looks fairly clean, convenience store next door takes drop off laundry for $1.00 a pound. Nice people

It’s pretty alright. Got the job done but they let this homeless looking man in with his aggressive ass little dog! Kinda scary! Don’t bring ur kids! He comes by everyday apparently from what I’ve asked so this is not a one time thing!

The owners were extremely rude. I was using the full service wash and fold. My basket of clothes cost $40 to wash and fold. They returned my basket with my name written in sharpie on all sides and a broken wheel. I tried to call to see if I could pick up my clothes a little early but they wouldn't answer the phone. I mentioned it when I picked up the clothes but the man at the counter said "Why would I answer phone? I told you when to come." My clothes were folded nicely in the basket, but they smelled like cheap soap. I couldn't wait to rewash them somewhere else to get rid of the smell.

Even though prices are high I chose it because there was a restroom. When I asked to use it (it was locked) she said it was out of order I will not come here again It's ridiculous!! When owner/employee tell you this it must be a lie. Do you suppose they work all day here and never go to the toilet

I was very impressed with my laundry service. Should have taken a picture of how awesome my clothes were folded. Definitely recommend the wash dry fold service here. Will be using them from now on.

The chinese lady is soooooooooo rude... Do not leave your clothes in the dryer while you are not inside she will cut your dryer on delicate. She got a smart mouth on her to. I tried to talk to the husband but she went off on him. I will never come here again.

I would give no stars if I could !!!! The key to the restroom don’t work then me and my boyfriend are the only ones here and when goes to ask for the key they watching us on the camera like some stalkers I would never come here!!!! They are OVER PRICED as well only came here bc the one I usually go to is packed NEVER again!

The owner is rude, the washer did not even wet my clothes and would not put a broken sign up or reimburse me. He does not give change for larger bills, you have to put the whole thing in the coin machine or leave to get change. The loads that did "wash" did not smell fresh. I would suggest another place.

The dryers dont dry very well. The coin operation on dryers is different without notice. Makes it very likely to overpay for drying
