So, I have done my laundry several times at this location. The prices are reasonable, however, whenever my wife or I have had to address an issue, the employees never know what to say, the owner is never there. I dropped off some clothes to be dry cleaned on a Saturday, I ask when will my clothes be ready for pickup. The employee stated that my clothes would be done by Tuesday, since it takes 3 days. No problem. I call on Tuesday to see if my clothes are ready for pickup. The empire who answered the phone told me that I would have to wait until the next day, because the people that do the dry cleaning done work on Sundays. I then asked her why did her coworker tell me that my clothes would be ready for pickup on Tuesday, knowing full well that the person who does the dry cleaning does not work on Sundays. She had no response. All she kept saying is, I don't know, I just work here. To make matters worse, I wasn't able to stop by to get my clothes until Sunday afternoon. I go to pick up my clothes, being that I was told that it would be ready by Wednesday, only to be told that my clothes would not be ready until the next day. I told the employee that this is absolutely unacceptable, being that the receipt shows the date that I dropped off and paid for my clothes to be dry cleaned. At this point, a week and a day has already passed and my clothes are still not ready. The employee called a guy by the name of Andy. I informed Andy of what was going on. He stated that they could not work on my clothes because their machine wasn't working. I told him that this is not an acceptable excuse being that my phone number is on the receipt and they did not call to notify me of the problem. I demanded a full refund. He stated the best that he could do was refund 50%. I told him no, I demand all of my money back, since you guys failed to call and inform me of the situation. He said let me call my boss. I told him, tell your boss that he should give me my full refund in order to keep me as a loyal customer, or, I will take my business elsewhere if you give me a 50% discount. He spoke to his boss, called me back and told me that his boss said that the best he could do was give me the 50% discount. He obviously does not know or care about the value of a loyal customer. I will definitely be taking my business aka money elsewhere...
