They always have my cloths ready when promised. Good at communicating concerns with stains. Friendly staff does well to resolve the rare issues I encountered.

I have tried to have them repair and alter clothes on multiple occasions and every time if they do not complete the work requested they make an excuse and say they needed to charge more. I will never use them again!! This last time I had not used them for several months, Shame on me for giving them a final chance. Theyare overpriced and unwilling to admit if they made a mistake. The worst customer service ever.

Great work but overpriced. Has altered a lot of my clothes to my liking (even a leather jacket) but even for a simple hem, it is way too much money. Great, friendly receptionist. Sad to have to find a new tailor but I just can't pay $20 minimum for every single thing I bring in.
