I love this facility and all of the childcare providers. They are kind, understanding and patient. They truly love the kids they work with and are always willing to work with me whenever necessary. My son has been going here since he was 4 months old and is now 2 1/2. He loves all of his teachers and going to school. He has learned so much here and continues to grow leaps and bounds with the educational support of his teachers. I highly recommend this daycare.

My son as been going here since April and he is thriving, he loves all of his teachers and greets them by name at 2! He talks about he say and what they did and can't wait to go back the next day. All of the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. It's so easy to get him checked in and out and now I can see what he is doing throughout the day with pictures and updates. It takes so much off my mind knowing he is safe and well cared for.

I love the infants teachers theyre nice and caring and easy to get along with and love my kiddo. But my son has a dairy ALLERGY . NO dairy. I mentioned it and they said okay no dairy. They "accidentally" gave him dairy once i didnt mind as he was new . They needed to get in the swing of things. 2nd time i got a little upset. THIRD TIME i was pissed. Full blown ticked off. I was assured by teachers and the main manager/director lady it would NOT happen again. Well a week goes by amd it happened a 4th time. My fiance and I asked WHY it happened a FOURTH time. The teacher said " we were just so busy." Busy?!?! If it were a peanut allergy and you were to busy to notice my son could have died. Its an ALLERGY not a serious one but regardless it IS ONE. We called the state and complained and called the other kinder care that is run so much more fluently and nicely and are on the waiting list or id rip him out of that daycare right now! In the 6 weeks he was there they did that 4 times. Hes still there and has been for almost 3 months now. July hes leaving for sure cause just recently he came home with the top half of his nose skinned and bleeding and i had asked the SIX. YES SIX teachers that watch my son through out the day HOW it happened and NONE of them could tell me. So it comes to mind how well my son is actually being watched. Affordable daycare but if i had to do it again i would have chosen a different daycare in the beginning to avoid all this mess.

in the past we had a great experience with KenderCare when Kathy was the manager there, but everything has change because new manager took over who's very rude and aggressive and seems to know nothing about childcare. everything seems not as organized as used to be

We have had our two younger boys (currently 2 and almost 4) at this daycare facility for about a year, and it has been a great experience. Each room always has at least two teachers, and all the teachers have been wonderfully loving and patient people. They've done an excellent job helping to potty train my 4-year-old (he wasn't using the toilet at all when we started) and both boys have been learning plenty of age-appropriate skills (ABCs, counting, etc.) while getting all the playtime and naptime they need. I strongly recommend Chambers Kindercare if you're looking for a new daycare in Eugene!

My son loves going to school and seeing all his friends I love the security here you have to enter a code to enter the building and have felt my son would be safe. They are also pretty flexible on pick up and drop off times so long as overall hours are consistent. We have had a few issues with reporting and communication injuries and incidents however they were resolved quickly. The teachers are all helpful and truly care about my child and they are good with taking any criticism or requests as far as care of my child and I know if I have any concerns I am confident in the staff addressing them quickly.

I love all the teachers there and any issues that I have had they have always been very helpful in fixing the issue. The teachers are super kind, if there has been any incident I always have a note stating what happened, how it happened and what they did to either fix/treated the incident. They are always very understanding and my son loves going there.
