After I just made this last review I would like to say I ended up in the hospital after the nurse discharged me and misjudged me I ended going to another Hospital they got down to the issue without the judgement and. Am now inpatient and it could have been tooken care of if they would have looked into what was going on instead of judgementalness I will never use they emergency again I will never use their system again. And now I have a judgmental comment in my records because the doctor was more interested in doing so instead of seeking an answer now I trust not medical personell

So after sitting in the lobby for almost one hour and a half with only two people ahead of me. I decided to just leave. I told the receptionist what I was doing. You think she could have said hang on let me go and check whats going on. NO she says GOOD BYE. Really. I did not know that working was a social event. Then to top it off I see the sign "We are proud to announce that we are in the 75 percentile for customer satisfaction. REALLY. Something to be proud of? Especially when your business is in the well being of human life and health. I work in the Industrial world if we only had a 75 percentile of customer satisfaction we would be out of business!! SO YOU ARE A PROFITABLE ENTITY IN HUMAN LIFE AND CONSIDER IT BRAGGING RIGHTS AT 75%???????????????? OMG Take your rose colored glasses off and get real.

I paid my bill last month and they said I didn't. I had to call my bank and drive to it to pick up a fax saying I paid with check and hand deliver it to wheaton. Found out they were sitting on it for twenty days. Pay in person!

So dr Adams is my primary care dr and has been for a few years now been through 10 and he is very nice and concerned about patients health I was at the ER and they’re drawn my blood and the results were a little off. So when I went into my yearly check up He had known about it and drew blood because he was concerned I don’t know how many doctors look at your ER visits and would be that concerned with your health shows me He must care about his patients he is very nice couldn’t ask for a better healthcare provider

Feels like an assembly-line clinic to me. Very impersonal, do not care or understand a patient with special needs. Never understood offices that have glass in front of them. Great set up to feel unwelcome and fearful...Fearful to walk in clinic and subconsciously get judged by the office secretarys. As a person who suffers with anxiety this is unpleasant.. very cold and scary place. They would care less if you dont get better. Upsetting because I want to get better, but with limited transportation this is my only choice as of now.
