Derek MacDonald

They will just do what they want to dp with u as a patient. Vs actually listening to the patient. And then ordering proper tests labs meds etc. So glad my specialist and primary are at UW in Seattle

Janis Keene

Really enjoy Fallon and deserves to be called Dr. Fallon. Also, Kary is GREAT!!!

Abby Rudd

Great follow up on concerns. Answered our questions and pointed us in the right direction. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly.

Shari Bley

My experience with Dr. Herschmiller was absolutely amazing. Starting with ER room. He came in himself after the regular ER Dr couldn't get my wrist set correctly. Did it himself and was so nice and explained everything. Next day at the clinic, same thing, explations of everything and views of the x-rays. Everything went well during surgery too. Waiting for follow up. Can't imagine it will be any different! He is the best!

Evelyn Morgan

excellent care always, we should be very greatful for our hospital

Pat G-R

Radiologist misread MRI. I was then treated like I was making up pain. Emergency room staff said to get dresssed and see own doctor 60+ miles away. I was in pain and they just left me standing in the doorway waiting for my ride to get me. Totally unprofessional.

Barb T

Friendly staff. Very informative.

Elizabeth Collins

Everyone from the Surgery team to the floor Nurses and Aides took great care of me and were there when I called for them. The food was very good too. I had a great experience with both total knee surgeries. Dr. Gouge and his team are true professionals and treated me with respect and did their best for my outcome and healing after and prior to surgery.

Jeff Anderson

Jill Corson, ARNP, was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

Sylvia Meyer

I felt that I was really listened to - that my odd symptoms warranted further testing. I had been a bit frustrated by not being really heard that I suspected these were digestive problems. The P.A. really zeroed in and I am very grateful!

Ruth Eastman

Dr. Larson and staff were fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind to a medically ignorant patient - me. Very much appreciated!

Cyndi Barnhart

Every doctor I have seen under the OMC banner is knowledgeable, personable and values my input as the patient who is experiencing the issue. Sara Steffen at the orthopedic office explained my hip issue, how to improve and manage it in ways that left me hopeful.

Greg Hustad

Just had a surgery last week and everyone was truly great - from the short stay check in staff, to the nurses in the prep room, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Bundy, my surgeon, Dr. Charles Bundy, to the nurse who was with me until I could leave to go home. And I am healing well one week later. Thank you all!!

Elyse DuBois

Worst service I have had with a doctors office, ever. First, they got my daughters name and birthday wrong. Called me multiple times with no voicmails, I call back to not even be in their system?? Second, I was told by two different receptionist that my insurance was covered. I drove 30+ mins for a well child check for my 10 month old, just to be told, my insurance is not covered by their services. Completely disorganized.

sharon maguire

Excellent facility and doctor. Took the time to answer questions and go through the process. Was my first surgery or hospital experience, and, due to the attention of Dr. Herschmiller/team and hospital, I was very comfortable and relaxed through and after the process.

Lili Crabb

One Friday ago Dr. Heisterkamp and her surgical crew gave my physical needs awesome attention! Entering the surgical bay was personably inviting and eased my apprehension. When, in an authoritative voice, the surgeon said, "Time Out!" - the welcoming talk ceased and an attitude of focused attention and ultra-professionalism reigned - also extremely satisfying. Too, the attending nurses were just right -- pleasant, good humored, focused, and the check-in process was pleasant thanks to Ramona! The entire process was extremely satisfying. ~dennis

Sandy Lawrence

I go to pulmonary rehab. Love it

Eva McGinnis

Well organized and respectful. Friendly staff and great doctors.

JOE ABRAHAMS

My problem with them seems to be billing. They refuse to give the full name of who is speaking to you. I had Sarah M. on the phone. They had me for two nights and a day and a half and listed me as an out patient, meaning they did not send my claim to Medicare. I came out of the hospital with a bladder infection from their use of a catheter when I was semi=conscious. I had fallen from a ladder. My bill stated $220.00 for therapy and evaluation which is an outright lie. I was given a card when I was flat on my back saying that if I wished therapy when discharged I could call. I wish to pay what I owe for treatment but I want an adjustment on my bill. I want to speak to someone in person which seems like an impossibility by their behavior. I am 74, am I going to beat them all?? Very strange behavior. Very sad way to run a business. I pay what I owe.

Vallyn Henderson

Business like, knowledgeable about sleep issues and answered questions very well. Thanks for your help.

Krysalis Carrington

Sara Squyres PA-C, a Urologist who listened to what I had to say and understood that other symptoms that could have caused my issues. Very considerate of my feelings, pain, and most of all, listening to me and then asking questions, rather than interrupting and thinking what the symptoms MIGHT been caused by without listening. She also worked at the VA Hospital and seen veterans which helps tremendously! In conclusion, she said I pretty much diagnosed myself which I have been telling OTHER doctors same thing over and over with no conclusions. She was the ONLY one who realized it. Thank you!

susi larson

I’ve come to really appreciate Olympic Medical Center for the help they gave me in the ER and also the Orthopedic Physicians dept when I fell off my porch and broke both my wrists. They were thorough and got me scheduled for surgery very quickly. I especially appreciate Dr. Herschmiller. He was so patient and explained things so I could understand just what he would do. Also he did a wonderful job with the surgery and left almost no scar. I love him!

Stephen Shultz

Waiting with my fiance in the emergency room because Urgent Care referred us here because of an abscessed milk duct and mastitis. The abscess has doubled in size in the 3 hours we have been waiting so far. We could have driven to Seattle and gone to a competent hospital by now.

Darren FitzGerald

RUN. Do not go here for anything unless you absolutely have too. The average waiting time is around 3hrs If u at sick/flu it can take as much as 6hrs and standard of care is SHOCKINGLY LOW compared to other similar hospitals. They never once made near my wife feel like they actually cared about our feelings they ended up missing my wife’s dosages causing my wife to have to retake the dosages three times stain in the hospital three extra days. As well as multitude of other things that I feel even ashamed of writing trust the not even 2 stars DO NOT GO HERE. NOT EVEN FOR A BORKEN BONE. For Townsend is about an hour away and you’ll get at least double the standard of care or even better just go to major hospital whenever I need anything I just go straight Seattle and because the average wait time at OMC is rediculiously high usually get to the hospitality Seattle before I/family even get seen at OMC. I honestly hope this changes I have lived here 15yrs and have been ill most of it and it’s like night and day compared to my hospital in Seattle it’s unacceptable OMC can And needs to step it up.

Gwen Reandeau

I had a positive experience here, both with the Admittance Personnel and the Physician's Assistant. They were busy but I didn't have a long wait for my need to be attended to.

Dianna Bostic

I have been going to OMC since I moved here from Fla. Staff is always courteous and thoughtful. Always on time, which I love.

Karen Wegener

Top notch

Carole Stamson

Tracy was very knowledgeable & professional in her job, and was able to answer my questions re: the procedures and their results. I appreciate her kind and thoughtful care.

Jesse James

The E.r. is unbelievable, how long u have to wait. then waiting longer if and when u get your room.make sure u dont go in when shift change u probably would be there for hours alone like the forgot about you. Not enough Experience over there, I went in and they didn't give me enough comfort. I would plan on leaving worse then you've Arrive. Count on it. Go to Squim or heck Seattle

Tim Hawks

I wouldnt even give them one star my friend had to sit in the er for over 7 hours withiut any help . She is suffering from abodominal pain and numbness of the arms and legs all they did was a blood test and a ua no xrays nothing to see what was wrong then left her in a room and didnt check on her or update on what they were waiting for. Our hospitall is a joke they dont give a dam about the local ppl all they care about is the money they make. The should all loose their jobs and medical licences for poor conduct and mal pratice

Sharon Chivis

We arrived in the ER around 830 PM. Before we finished checking in, the triage nurse came for my husband. This is a small town and on this night there was no endochronologist on call. The ER doctor medicated my husband to make him as comfortable as possible until the 630 am the following morning when the specialist arrived. Everyone staff person in the hospital showed empathy and concern for my husband, even telling him they were sorry he wasn't feeling well. I felt as though we were in good hands.

g-rad biageo

Very kind and thorough

Drae Miller

This is a great hospital! From the emergency room to every facet of Medical care the staff, volunteers, Lab technicians and ALL of the Nurses and Physicians they are professional caring and save lives!

Susan Berger

Follow up for my husband after 1st cycle of chemo. I love his sense of humor and how he treats my husband. Very respectful

twasever thus

Mike Breen

excellent service.

Zak Parish

Sitting in the lobby throwing up multiple times for the past 4 hours. Still waiting to be seen. This is the worst experience at a hospital I have ever had

Dauna Cole

Excellent care at OMC! The nurses were wonderful, and the respiratory therapist were great! Loved the food and all of the other staff were caring and considerate. I was in the hospital for a week with breathing issues and aside from the fact that I had to have a new IV started everyday, my care was terrific. Dr Duffy was my hospital MD and she was wonderful!

PA Warehouse

Loved the new walk-in clinic the other day. Got in quickly to be seen. Was routed to hospital accross the lot for X-rays and was in and out of there relatively quickly too. Got right back into the walk-in clinic where they were red and explain to me and I was out the door. Could not of been happier with the whole experience!

H Fisher

AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!

Heather Roberts

Highly recommend this doctor for any procedure! :) She was very strait to the point and so kind and caring to my kiddos as well! She was very good about checking up before during and after I had my surgery and explained things multipule times in different ways to be sure I remembered and understood every detail as well as to help me find any questions I could possibly have. Absolutely love her and that she chose this field of work for she is great at it clearly!

Dave and Patti Mower

I was treated with kindness, respect, plenty of TLC. My #11 room was clean, warm and comfortable. The nursing staff very kind, and well trained in every aspect of their work approach. My doctor was top notch! The anesthesia, the procedure painless. Last note, they were all kind to my hubby, Dave.

Leslie Ward

Kelsey Mundell

Not a pleasant experience. Told me 5 days before my c section after family, friends took time off work. Handicapped grandmother scheduled paratransit. Etc. to get me to my appt as I cannot drive well due to a muscle reflex issue in my eyes.. Wouldn't of even known they changed date of my surgery if I hadn't of called them myself because I had not heard anything from them after they had cancelled my last obgyn appointment 1 hour prior to apt. earlier that week and had told me they would call to reschedule... they didn't. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND having a baby here.

Bruce Halstead

Medical staff were very professional and well informed. They had a friendly manner and made procedures comfortable. Only drawback was a lengthy waiting period even though my arrival was timely...

John Orr

Treatment was professional, informative and efficient

Frank, Frank Beans

I have a couple horror stories about this place, but I'll keep it brief. If you value your life or the lives of your loved ones you should just move along to the next hospital - or take your chances with home done surgery. Stay especially away from any referrals to Dr. Carleen Benson. She hacked me up something fierce. Now I'm stuck with chronic pain probably for life, it's going on three years now with little relief. The ER misdiagnosed a lump in my neck. They said it was a birth defect. It was a teritoma. Thanks OMC for everything you do.

Mike Wegener

Great food on budget prices. Cheaper to eat here than cook at home. The view is amazing. Me and my boyfriend eat here every new years. Avoid the ER. You will wait there 4 hours minimum unless you're bleeding out the ear.

Judy Havel

First visit with Fallon. It was a great experience. Very attentive to what I was saying.

BURNING BRIDGES

My wife and I just got into a pretty bad accident we are rear-ended at a stoplight total their car and we came to this Hospital immediately and something is very strange about this Hospital they separated us and put us into different rooms the room they put me in look like an observation room with a camera in the corner I had to check the door to make sure it wasn't locked once they put me in it they put my wife in a separate room that was nothing like mine and then when I was done without even an offer of an x-ray or medication they made me wait to see my wife they said that they had to call and ask her but once I went back there they had never asked for anything it feels like they're treating us like drug Seekers or something and frankly I'm very offended another hospitals deal with that a lot but they were not very nice to us and treated as kind of like second-hand citizens and we had just been in a wreck

Kathy Hanvey

Russell Cowley

As far a cardiology goes, BEST on the peninsula by far. Great team and great service always.

Mark Johns

Dr. Levy has been my surgeon for 2 years, since relocating to Sequim. Dr. Levy is very professional, but open and engaging when questioned about my health concerns. He has treated me for internal hemorrhoids twice with excellent results. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a surgeon in the Sequim/Port Angeles area.

Dan Macha

OMC OD'ed me on Morphine when I was in shock for an abscessed wisdom tooth. OMC chastised me for wanting 'dope' when I was passing kidney stones. OMC has blatant disregard for the HIPAA Act. If one is ever admitted into their ER, the best thing that could happen to them is to be airlifted to Harborview - at least then they will get adequate treatment. I would rate 0 if it were allowed.

Adam Garcia

ER needs way more staffing. Wait times are just absurd. The staff are all very nice and professional but it is probably faster to drive yourself to Seattle...

Shā Jacobson

This place has wonderful care & Great staff too ! They really know how to work as a team. Very efficient doctors and nurses !

Andrea Williams

I went to the ER on a Sunday afternoon about 3:30 p.m. for a problem with my eye. Right after checking in I was seen and taken to a room. The Physician's Assistant saw me within about 15 minutes, and after an exam, he found an opthamologist who was willing to see me in Sequim. I was extremely pleased with my care, and even more glad that the problem turned out to be benign and easily treatable.

Jazz Clifford

Last year in December I had lower abdominal pain came in and found out that I had a very large cyst on my ovaries. I was refered to a gyno and ended up having to have surgery staff was really nice to me and made sure I was comfortable.

Judy O'Brien

I had surgery at OMC April, 2016. I was pleased how everyone worked together and the good care I received. Dr. Herschmiller did the surgery on my total knee, and the good follow up by physical therapy by Ray. So glad I stayed with our local hospital.

Grace Burkhardt

Behida Dolic

Columbia memorial hospital is a place to go if you are ready to die.

Lynn Lehr

Dr. Murphy is giving me excellent care.

ptmama Schoenleber

Everyone from receptionists to nurses to the physician we went to were outstanding, helpful, pleasant, and professional. It was a great experience.

Heather Silva

Never ever will I go here again! If something happens to me I'll either deal with it or drive further. The ER physician was a complete jerk acted like i just wanted pills when I didn't even ask for pain pills. I wanted to know what was going on with me. He had hideous bedside manners I left in tears. Thankfully I drove all the way to Bremerton to a gastrointestinal specialist where they did an endoscopy and colonoscopy where they were able to figure out what was going in and fix me! Now I did not expect OMC to be magical and fix me but I did expect respect and kindness.

Michael Bencik

Tom's Opinion

This was my first visit with Dr. Murphy. I was impressed and told him so. He is very through and took his time. He prescribed what seems to be alleviating the coughing and choking problem. I have a followup visit and look forward to talking with him again. Impressive Doctor.

Senta Pozgay

Dr. Chong is always in tune with his patient. Willing to listen and answering questions.

C. Ray Ruble

I am very pleased with almost all of my doctors and staff connected with The Olympic Medical Center. Dr. Kevin Chong and staff have provided service and addressed concerns I have not received from any doctor and staff the has provided personal medical services. On many occasions he has said: "I am here for you just call me if anything is on your mind". He always returns my calls in a reasonable amount of time, listens intensely to the details of my concerns and takes appropriate medical action...........If Dr. Chong devotes himself to all of his patients in this manner he may "burn himself out". Keep up the good work but take care of your self. Ray Ruble

John Surgeon

My lung condition is greatly improved. Thanks, Dr. Chong. Also, I appreciated the medical assistant's shooting expertise.

Bonney Benson

For 99.9% of my visits to most of the providers, staff and support at OMC, I have to say they are the most kind, positive, upbeat professionals I've come across. If I HAVE to go see a physician or physician's assistant, it is a great place to go.

Karen Martin

Horrible treatment, ER is nightmare

Raeah Kibe

Respiratory Therapists and nurses take could care if their pateients

John Zeunen

Not sure why the reviews are so brutal. Just left the ER and everyone was so nice. Got seen fairly quickly and they were very sympathetic to me and my injury. Would recommend to anyone in serious pain.

Lawrence Charters

Excellent, professional care, far beyond what you might expect in a rural area.

salsa shark

There were flies in the icu, not very organized and communication is terrible

Andrew Simons

This place has gone down hill. Feels like a prison and customer service is not very good anymore. Then waited for 4 hr to get in the ER just for the doctor to say that there was nothing wrong. I would recommend going to jeffco hospital or silverdale its worth the drive and they did find what was wrong and it was not good.

Randy Riggan

Very friendly and professional. I recommend Dr. Benson for your medical needs

Roswitha Rudd

Dr Ramirez: Is an outstanding physician who puts the welfare of her patients first. She is attentive and explores all possibilities with the patients before deciding a treatment course. We as patients feel we are having a say in our health care because she takes the time to explain the benefits of the treatment. She is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would rate her the most technically proficient Doctor at Olympic Medical Center. Quality medical care and actually caring for her patients are her trademark. Olympic Medical is indeed blessed to have such a dedicated professional. She is the best. Douglas Rudd Patient

Monica Clark

Crappy care

Peggy Erickson

David Stinard and his nurse were extremely professional, pleasant and courteous, I felt at ease and like I was in good hands. He listened to all my concerns and addressed each one, I highly recommend him to anyone.

S P

For such a remote location this is great in a sense that it even IS there. If anything they can't handle - will reffer to Seattle's hospitals As a "hospital" facility per se- .... A lot more to wishh for While there are jems in the rough, safe bet is to drive an hour towards metro area specialists. In short: decent, but far from remarkable

Steve Edison

We are so lucky to have the center out here on the peninsula! Good people, very patient oriented.

Nelson Linnabary

I feel privileged to have Dr. Pan as my cardiologist. His thoroughness as a doctor is matched by his communication skills. Thank you Dr. Pan.

Marina Jacobs

Marie Marrs

My husband just spent 6 days on the orthopedic wing and I was in ER then ICU for two days. Then we both have had follow-up appointments with our providers. We agree that the great reputation OMC has nationally as well as in our community is well-earned. We are truly satisfied with all aspects of our treatments. Our doctors, nurses, therapists, assistants, dietitians, janitors - everyone! - have earned our respect and gratitude. Thank you!

Rebeca Flanagan

I dont know why anyone would give bad reviews. This place was amazing! We went into the ER and within 1 minute we were being escorted back. Doc came right in, gave his orders and explained things very clearly for us. It was my husband myself and our 3 little girlsn 8, 2 and 1. They brought in lits of chairs, clipboards with paper and coloring books stickers and crayons, the were amazing with my 1 year old who was being seen. All in all we were in there for maybe an hour total. They did a great job.

tom johnson

Helpful, efficient

Sherry Sparrowk

Hospital stay a horrible experience. Staff disinterested in my care. Had to call the main switchboard to contact the nurses station for help in my hospital room.

Travis Proietti

One of the ladies that works the triage desk is horrible at customer service. We walked in, my gf had chest pains, and that looked like it irritated her. Your job is to help people, if the only person you want to help is yourself then gtfo of a hospital. If there was any other place to go in town we would have... this hospital is terrible...

victoria wegener

wonderful place to birth children. great staff

Pete Dizbon

Excellent services, 100% recommended !

Preston Horstman

Very professional, personable, thorough and competent. A great experience!

Sky Ann Heatherton

Last nite spent 7 hours in RE for atrial fib/flutter. Had Labs, MRI, CT etc. Best blood draw was Nettie, Jeremiah was calming and funny, but the star was Dr Churchley. Please do not take him for granted, keep him, we were treated kindly in a very, very busy ER.

Marla Timmons

Dr. Kim is very thorough and knowledgeable! She explains things to you and makes sure you understand! So glad to have found her.

Ralph Anderson

Was scheduled to report to short stay at 6AM. We arrived at 5:50AM and were taken to process paperwork. We were informed that our report time had been changed to 9AM. We were not notified of this change in advance. thus, surgery was delayed several hours. Somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise, surgery and recovery went well, with Drs. Larson and Hirsh-Miller (sp?) performing there respective specialties cheerfully and professionally. Except for the scheduling snafu, it was a rewarding experience. if one can call surgery rewarding.

Nick Parry

Good people. My mom broke her leg a few months ago and had nothing but good things to say about the people that helped her. Normally I dread the thought of stepping foot in a hospital, but after my own very painful back injury I was forced to seek some immediate help and I'm sure glad I did. Good doctors that care and nurses with cute smiles, what's not to like?

Stephen Fofanoff

Friendly, professional service and high quality care. Easy to find services within the facility. Just wish the espresso bar was open more hours.

Heather Watts

If you don’t have a few hours to wait in the emergency room waiting room, go to Seattle or Port Townsend. We’ve been here with our sick toddler for 2 hours and are still waiting. We could almost be to Seattle Children’s at this point. I do want to note that the staff was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation and the fact that we had to wait. One of the in-take ladies tried many to keep my daughter entertained and the other cleaned the room herself to help move things along. It’s not the staff in our case, it’s the fact that they need more support.

titty mcsprinkle

Donna Rae is an angel and she helped me out so much when I could barely even use my brain while laying on the bed. A blessing. Thank you so much for taking care of me, I wanted to cry you were so helpful!

Carl Phillips

Allways on time. Shares the technology and strides made and underway in this baffling field of COPD. 18 YEARS and holding.

Margaret Cox

I LOVE Dr, Pan . . . and so does my heart! He is knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive to your concerns. He explains your condition and course of treatment in ways that you can understand what is going on. I recommend him highly

Lisa Jellsey

I really liked the staff and the doctor. The staff was polite and friendly. The doctor was a delight and very informative. I highly recommend her to future patients. It's hard to find a good doctor these days. Thank you.

jacob fleming

Went in for a routine intake with a first time primary care physician, stressed it multiple times everything has to be covered by my insurance, guaranteed I wouldn't have to pay. Told I need a new Tdap booster, never was told I would be responsible for 90$for it. Not before getting the shot. Not before leaving the office. I get a bill in the mail weeks later giving me about 2 weeks to pay up. Crooks. Terrible staff. How can you charge somebody for a service without informing them of a charge. I'll be in touch, but I highly doubt I will ever see a doctor through any associated clinics if it's not a dire emergency. Extremely dissatisfied.

Kay Loresch

I have always had good services by caring people at OMC. I have used them for the last 15 years.

Trisha House

Horrible bedside manners, very dirty, rude employees.

Rainie Stover

Best OBGYN Doctors and Surgical Team!!

jim c

Love care

indigowildflower

A security guard harassed me while I was trying to get a ride home at 3am on 3.31.2017. He was hovering over me while I made phone calls. I looked at his name badge and he covered it in his pocket. His stance was very threatening. I should have called the police. I am not from the area and could not get a taxi or find an open restaurant. It was freezing & I was very disoriented. My phone was low but I had to use my GPS AND WALK TO SEQUIM ON A HIGHWAY IN THE DARK AND COLD WITH AN UNTREATED MIGRAINE!! MORE THAN A DOZEN VEHICLES ALMOST HIT ME. AFTER FOUR HOURS OF WALKING MY PHONE DIED AND I COULD BARELY WALK! I PLAN TO SUE!!!!!

Kryz Tyna

Dirtiest ER I have ever seen.

Michele Betonio

This is the worst customer service ever. I've been here over an hour. This is the last place I want to hang out at.get it togetherOMC.

Ellen Leftwich

Dr. Loren Larson is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He takes time to explain your options and what outcome to expect. He is an enormous asset to the Peninsula.

R&M Kawamoto

Professional yet kind and caring. John, the Technician was great!

stri900 stri900

These people push communist style medical care. Use their services at your own peril. You will be much better off if you drive out of Clallam County for your medical care. I cannot stress enough how abhorrent this facility is.

Roberta Charles

Very efficient and clear with diagnosis and prognosis of my health issues. Enjoyed the session with someone with his clear expertise!

Cindy Kazlauskas

Kellie Jean

Along with a girl having a seizure in the room next to me and listening to the medical staff joke around about it... I waited 8 hours to be seen for nothing. They pushed me off to the side and treated me like they didn't care. The past two times I have been to the ER this week "they can't figure out what's going on still" I have been bounced around, and tokd several different things by several different people . I suggest going to the port townsend hospital and saving your time.

David Stahl

Dr. Kowitz really knows his field -- and is very thorough.

Nancy Bolon

My appointment was very professional and helpful.

Nanett Pool

Good place to be a patient. Kind compassion helpful I wouldn't change at all

David Johnson

Had a knee replacement and the professional staff was great from checkin to discharge. Great surgeon, anaesthetist, recovery, nursing staff and even good kitchen staff. My favorite was Thomas who put in my IV, and his assistant Christy who showed him my veins. Now, just figure out how to eliminate all pain. Lol

Jessi Fraker

Great staff but waited 6hours to be seen -- what's the deal!?!!?!!!??!!!!!!

Monte Lee

I thought Dr. Reddi was friendly, open and detail oriented. We got into several other medical issues that were discussed which could reflect on sleep issues. Enjoyed the visit.

Elizabeth Abbott

I want to say thank you to all the doctors and nurses that took care of me this week. I was treated with dignity and respect and I feel like I have had the best care ever! It is not my first time to be admitted to a hospital but it is the first time I have felt so good about my care that I have taken time to write a Google review.

Paul Lowe

Terrible, avoid at all costs

Braden Middleton

This place is a joke you can literally drive to Seattle and be seen faster than you can here other than that the guy that works the check-in desk is nice.

Donna McGoff

The night shift for ER was great! Dr Churchley was very attentive! Shift change for day shift absolutely the worst treatment a hospital could have! I give day shift zero stars!!! The day Nurse assigned to me popped her head in one time! Never to be seen again I went to and from CT Scan she didn't even know! I then waited another hour seen absolutely no one so I took my own IV out and left! They finally noticed I was gone a half hour later and called!! That's pathetic!!! care couldn't be any worse I was asked by a Nurse who called if I still had my IV I explained I took it out and put in sharps container!!! The lack of care is horrendous as I left I seen my Nurse sitting down doing nothing! Not one person asked if I needed anything as I walked out!!! OMC ER Day shift doesn't care about any patients they don't keep a patient informed of nothing! I did ask when the Nurse called if they sent my medical information to my primary Dr! She said nope we don't do that!! Such a disrespectful RN knowing every time I see my Primary they do have the ER report! I will never ever go back to that hell hole on day shift lack of care and concern is all you get!! After a 4 hour visit!!! Don't go there they won't help you they don't care about you as a patient only the almighty$$$$$$ they can get from you and the insurance!! I have placed a call to Dr Kennedy and Lorraine Wall waiting for a return call!! We shall see if they do!!! More than likely not!!!!!!

Bon D

Everyone was friendly and I was quickly taken to my appointment and had my procedure done and was on my way. No long waits. That was great.

Ryan Ritchie

This place... My girlfriend was treated (if I may use that term, since "mistreated" seems to fit better) as an inpatient for suicidal thoughts. As I'm writing this now, I overhear the staff talking about "punching that psycho in the face" and laughing at patients for their mental issues. This is ridiculous. We've been here for about 3 hours now, they have cameras in the room, probably so the weird male nurses can watch patients undress, one male nurse named Jared came in to take her heart rate RIGHT AFTER the doctor already did it, acknowledging that the doctor just did it, and he proceeded unprofessionally by placing the stethoscope on her breast, not her heart. It took almost 2 hours to get a UA, her hand hurt after she had blood drawn, and they tried putting her I'm a diabetic coma by nearly force feeding her a highly sugared orange juice as shes a type 1 diabetic. I also overheard the nurses talk about how they gave one person too much benadryl. Also, they restrained a naked female and Jared seemed a little too excited to do it as he volunteered. I'm so sick of this place. She asked for water multiple times and they just kept trying to give her orange juice. I hate this hospital. Avoid coming here at all costs. If you have a metal pipe in your head, you overdosed on heroin, you're going to kill yourself, or you need surgery, just take the chance of trying to make it to another hospital. The way they do things around here is unacceptable.

I was taken by ambulance to this... hospital. I use that term loosely. The EMT'S were fantastic by the way. I thought I might be having a heart attack and when they took vitals, BP was high, sugar was 414. I have had a lot of blood work over the last couple years and sugar is always normal, so that was a shock. I have a number of health problems including a tumor in my head and am also being checked for liver cancer. I have RA and fibromyalgia and very stressed out. At the ER, I got stuck with an arrogant pinhead nurse, David, who contradicted me and argued with me when I was trying to explain my allergies to another nurse. Also, as he went to take blood, he jammed the needle in and then squeezed my arm at the draw area creating a lot of pain. I guess he was ticked that I did not agree with him. He apparently feels he is smarter than all the doctors and specialists I have seen. Then he did not know who my son was outside of the room when he mocked me openingly to the other nurse. Doctor was nice but they offered meds that had nothing to do with why I was there, and did not suggest nitroglycerine until 30 mins before they released me. Luckily it was not my heart and I pray I never have to go back there. I can see why their reviews are so bad. From now on I will go to Silverdale or beyond unless it's life or death and I have no choice.

My mom visited the ER twice for a heart issue while visiting on vacation. Dr. Wallace and attending staff were exceptionally attentive and professional. Dr. Wallace made personal calls to local cardiologists and my mom was seen the next day. Very helpful and proactive professionals at OMC!

Gab Karlic

Worst hospital I have ever experienced.

David Millet

Only gave it 1 star cause I have too. They need to learn customer service. Also treat the patients not make them make multiple appointments , due to rules that only allow 1 problem per visit. Profit before people!

I was so impressed with the help and professional service I received at the Olympic Medical Heart Center in Sequim! From the stress test to the visits to the doctor and nurse everyone there was so kind and professional and took the time to help me and answer all my questions and concerns! I want to thank all of them and highly recommend them to anyone who is going through heart issues!

Mark Hodges

I was in for some lab work (glucose tolerance test) and the staff was fantastic! They took great care of me.

Horrible experience! Bad bedside manner, took 7 hours to do nothing & felt worse leaving than when I showed up having severe anxiety attacks. They are not only clueless, but get fixated on 1 issue they'll find with you. Total incompetent staff didn't do anything to relieve me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and drive to St Anthony in Gig Harbor. They'll kill you at Olympic.

Dr. Ramirez was quick to determine the cause of the nerve pain in my feet. In two visits, blood tests, nerve conduction studies and simple conversation asking the right questions! She is a keeper!

Connie Fisher

Was a very good expierce everyone was so professional kind let you know exactly what to expect it made me feel comfortable not scared I can honestly say I would go back there for future treatment that could come up thank you all the staff.

Heinz Kirkpatrick

If it comes down to going here for care or dieing, I choose dieing. Never again.

My experience was out patient surgery. If I could post a zero in satisfaction I would. Worst medical facility I've been to in my life. I will never set foot in the place again. Lucky to be alive. Suggest you have a conversation about your anesthesia procedure. Who administers it and what are their qualifications? Are they an MD? Suggest you stay away from this place.

Miles Geerhart

The staff at OMC (Sequim and Port Angeles) are professional, pleasant and I couldn't be more pleased with my prognosis.

Lani Low

Very personable staff, great service and all my questions answered. Switching from our wonderful Poulsbo doc of 14 years, and happy for a closer office. We have complete confidence in Dr. Hensen. .

If I could have given it zero stars I would have.

Husband was t-boned and was in a terrible accident. His head hit the side window and was taken via ambulance to the ER. The doctor didn't check him at all and actually told him that he wasn't in pain. He can't walk, has tingling down his legs, horrible headache, and wants to throw up but told him nothing was wrong yet didn't even check his back. It was absolutely atrocious and I'm appalled. Horrible, horrible, service. Was treated like we were less than them and didn't matter.

BEWARE Another patient DIES at OMC due to Malpractice. DENNIS last Monday 05-13-18 fell and was in pain so he went to OMC. The Doctors said Nothing was wrong and he was “ NOT IN PAIN” even though he repeatedly held his side and said he was in pain. He refused to leave so they charged his insurance for a nights stay. During the night the incompetence staff/personnel turned him on his side which caused the broken rib(s) to puncture the lung which lead to suffocation since he was breathing in blood not air. He suffered and was in pain due to ignorant, incompetence, nurses and doctors at Olympic Medical Center!! No one did X-ray in the back or side to see the broken rib nor did they care he was in pain let alone diagnose the problem. This is yet another of 100s deaths caused due to malpractice at OMC!! There needs to be a class action lawsuit against them so they replace all incompetence doctors and nurses or they shut the doors!! People we have to come together and fight for justice in our community especially in the hospital where we go when we are the most vulnerable. OMC is being rewarded for malpractices again as they are not getting sued enough for all the malpractice and hence bigger break rooms and longer lunches for these very same people responsible for the killing of many people.

Great place to get slings, casts, xrays and labs before going to see your real doctor. They ship anything more then minor injuries off to Seattle. Don't waste your time, skip the middle man.

Its Demise

The worst hospital you can find.. they miss diagnose everything, and if you even get diagnosed because of such a long wait, they’ll just say NOTHING is wrong. Then you go to a REAL doctors and find out there is something wrong and there is NO WAY that OMC could have missed it. What kind of ignorant non caring people could work at a hospital? Seriously this place either needs all new staff or to be shut down.

Lora Pirwitz

Jill Corsen is amazing! Really takes the time to listen to my concerns. Would reccomend her highly!

The appointment with Dr. Weeks went very well...he answered all my questions and is referring me for a PET scan. I am very happy to be his patient. My nurse in the treatment room was Nicole...she is a treasure...apparently the check in procedure had not included the Keytruda so there was quite a delay in ordering the perscription. Fortunately Nicole was able to straighten things out...she had set in a perfect IV..and answered all my questions. Because my INR was high Nichol gave me some ice to prevent bruising...The staff at OMC are amazing...always a good experience. Thank You.

Shylanka is a well educated physician with amazing bed side manner. She caught the mistake of a careless ER Dr hours earlier and probably saved my life because I was hemmoraging and somehow Dr Yager did not notice this on CT scan she ordered. Shylanka was also very informative at my follow up visit even sent me home with pictures.

Sharyn TG

I lost someone here, who should not have been lost. No one should go in for endoscopy and pass away. No one.

Harold Mirka

Excellent visit. probably ly the best cardiology experience I have had in the last twenty years.

Teresa Selby

Amazing! Nice place.

J. L. .Charles

Maybe if you’re gushing blood the ER will see you within 4 hours. If not expect to spend the entire day waiting for these clowns. Horrible.

Lynn Bawden

Dr. Tatro was awesome as usual. All the doctors and nurses went beyond my expectations of their duties. They were friendly and very helpful Thank you for having a wonderful staff ~ Lynn <3 :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Matter of fact, negative stars are more appropriate for this disaster of a medical facility. Every experience I have had at this hospital have been terrible. Most recent experience involved my stay post surgery. My daughter had been cleared to stay by security the night of my admission. She is a minor, and security as well as nursing staff were made aware of this. She is a very mature 13 year old girl who was very helpful to me during my surgical recovery. On my 3rd night there, I had a new nurse who must have thought it would be appropriate to wake me and my sleeping daughter at 3am with a different security officer, who was prepared to escort my child from the hospital upon learning that she was, in fact, a minor. At 3am!!! It is disgusting to me that my nurse, the person responsible for my care, would feel it is appropriate to disturb her patient with this at 3 am. I was panicking. My daughter was in tears. I was in tears. I was prepared to leave the hospital with my child at that very moment, against medical advice. The following morning, some sorry excuse of a representative from patient experience came to see me and informed me that there was an investigation pending and that I would be contacted by another member of her team to discuss the matter further. I have not been contacted by anyone from that hospital since that day. Typical practice of OMC. Sweep it under the rug and bank on the fact that I was highly medicated and recovering from a major surgical procedure and perhaps I would forget. Well I didn't. And I want everyone who reads this to know how OMC nursing staff treated me and how my daughter was treated. That traumatic experience will stay with us both and the fact that no follow through took place shows me that this medical facility cares not about patient relations, but rather, the bottom line. How do I know this, well, it's quite simple really. I got a bill in the mail and have yet to hear from anyone else from patient relations.

I brought my Son who had hand surgery at this Hospital a few weeks ago. The staff came right out and treated him. The Radiologist department brought the mobile x-ray machine to his room & their extremely professional. The Doctor, RN & even the cleaning lady were very pleasant, professional and kind to us. The whole experience was pleasant.

Vitalie Visuals

This place is awful, the nurses sit here doing nothing but socializing and making fun of their patients. A nurse came out of a patients room imitating the patient. I have never experienced anything like this place.
