Very caring and attentive nurses and doctors. Wait times are usually very minimal. They actually treat you like a person and not a number. The quality of care has also improved greatly over the last couple years.

Emergency Room - could you possibly have 2 nurses working with patients and their families any more rude than Todd and Amy? They cannot even pretend to greet a person as if they matter one whit to them. And as far as explaining the Drs orders, forget about it. A robot could have done a better, more personable job. I think the Dr would have been appalled. I’m sure they are talented nurses, however, someone needs to intervene and explain compassion, good manners and how to interact with people!
