Friendly staff but poor service. I did not get any information concerning my pain and medication. I was discharged and later found out I passed a kidney stone and needed antibiotics. This was shocking to myself and my family. I will not return in case of an emergency.

poor emergency room service! staff did not appropriately address my reason for admission, resulting in the condition getting worse after leaving the ER. Was very close to a life threatening situation. They refused to make any adjustment to the bill... speaking of- the online payment system is not working properly, and the automated phone payment system is not appropriately set up. Good luck getting a live person. Poor all around experience.

I took my daughter in to be seen. Dr. Holland and all the nurses were outstanding! We were seen within 5 minutes of checking in and the doctor was in the 'room' within minutes! Awesome care!

My experiences with the ER started a few years ago.At that time I was not impressed. I have subsequently been admitted several times and it has been a night and day difference in care.Today, IwouI w give it a high rating for sure as I have hsh a couple life and desth experiences they caught and helped me recover from.

I didnt have a choice to come here after my motorcycle accident last week. The ambulance chose this place. Dr Matthew's was my attending Ed and he is the worst! My doctor I am seeing now is questioning why he did certain things to my body. I had stitches to my left knee. When the xray tech came in the order was on my right knee and the xray tech almost got xrays of the wrong knee. Dr Matthew's refused to see my hand saying it was a minor contusion after I complained about pain to my hand. Now it is 2 weeks later and I am still getting xrays for my hand because there were more problems than just a contusion. He also refused to treat my foot also which is now causing pain, swelling and I need to have an ultra sound to my leg. When I was taken to the ER, I was taken in around 345 pm and left around 8 pm. The 4 hours I was there I saw Dr Matthew's for a total of 20 minutes. He didn't care about his patients and was found to be hanging out in the doctors lounge when he promised to properly take care of my paperwork.
