I brought my son here last night to be treated for an asthma attack. We were in a room in no time, and really the only reason I'm writing this is because Nurse Cisco was AMAZING to my son! This 4 star review is to him directly. His bedside manner is fantastic, and he made my 5 yr old son feel very comfortable right from the beginning. The rest of the team was kind, but he really stuck out to me. It's hard to make a child smile and feel comfortable when they are in pain, and he absolutley did that from the time we were there to the time we left.

Your probably better off going to Haiti for your medical needs. I'd even try a witch doctor from Afghanistan or Yemen. The Doctors even look like they need a doctor.

I was here for a week for something having to do with my liver and I received excellent treatment. Every nurse on every shift was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just genuinely very nice. All of them really made my stay that much easier and I would go there again as well as recommend to anyone. I've seen the people that complain while in the waiting area and they're usually unhappy because they want or expect something that the hospital can't provide nor should provide. Anyway, not a bad thing to say whatsoever.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES & CUSTOMER SERVICE. The front desk lady has no idea how to talk to patients. She makes you feel like your problem isn’t relevant which is an obvious red flag in an EMERGENCY ROOM !

They have horrible staff members. They all have very bad attitudes and they don’t put the patient first. They need to get this place shut down. All they do is talk mess about the patient and then tell them they can’t do anything to help them. If I could give them no stars I would.

I was brought in on the 23rd of May. From the very moment that I got there, they worked on me the entire time!!! Yes, I was in the emergency dept. for a long time but the communicated with me as to why it was taking so very long. I use to be a care giver and brought the women to this very same hospital. They handled her very warmly. So far, I have Nothing Negative to say about this place. They really seemed to care about Me!!!

During my recent visit to the ER, I was given great care. My triage nurse Scott was very fast and efficient in getting me checked in. My nurse Dalia was great, always checking in with me on pain levels and any needs that I might have. My x-ray tech, Don greated me warmly and was efficient as well. When Dr. Mcdowell, examed me he was thoughtful, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Even the tech, Mike was friendly when checking in on me. The charge nurse, Del, was even very kind to check in, to ensure that his staff had made my visit as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. It is not easy to have an enjoyable experience when going to the hospital, but I know that the night staff put every effort into making me comfortable.

The doctor I saw had the worst bedside manner. He didn’t care about treating me. Didn’t even bother to look at the issue. Just tried to push me off w/ pain meds. I insisted I wanted X-rays or something to figure out why I was in pain. But he wouldn’t. He just pushed meds, so I just left. Waste of time & money.
