I have been getting my locs retwisted here for almost four years now. I can't say enough how great this place is. The staff are all so kind, generous, and do a great job of making you feel comfortable and at home. I'd recommend B&B over anywhere else.

Poor customer service, Arrived at 3pm (time of my appt.) on the dot and waited until 3:30 while the employees talked and mingled. I was also the only customer in the shop.

Had a 3pm appointment was taken back at 4:15 to get wash sat under the dry for 20 min rinse and blowed dryer at 5:00 pm and sat for 30min Walked the hell out of there .. I should not take 3 hrs for a wash blow dry and curl .. ONE AND DONE I Will travel and spend the gas before I step foot back in there .. Yes I will be spreading the word poor customer service

I have been going to Bold and Beautiful for 6 years. Shameika and her team of stylists are amazing. Great service and good prices. The Bold and Beautiful hair extensions are worth the price. Good quality hair that will last for years. My commute to the salon is about 45 minutes to an hour. I continue to support BB because it is very hard to find good service. It's worth the trip. You will leave here feeling like a brand new woman.

I was a walk in and shameika took me no problem! and took my black hair and turned it blonde and brown highlights it came out beautiful! the place was clean and they were so friendly! made me feel so welcome ! I'll will NEVER go anywhere else!

Great staff, great service. Cater for all hair types. The owner, Shameika, is very hands on and her skills are by far excellent. I am glad I have a professional salon that knows how to manage hair for people of color.

I just moved to Coatesville last year. I was so frustrated that I could not find a good beauty supply store or a good hair salon that did ethnic hair and weaves. But one day I Googled this place. And I thought to myself, I don't remember seeing this salon as many times as I had been to that plaza. When I got off of work I searched for it and found it. I went in and scheduled my 15 year old an appointment. They were very very professional and so down to earth. My daughters hair turned out beautiful. I recently dropped off my wig to be colored and Whitley and Anita explained everything to me and helped me to feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions and scheduled me for an install for next week. I did not know how any of this worked until they explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this hair salon to anyone. Race does not matter, because they can do it all. This is my new hair salon for life. Thank you for making me feel comfortable ladies!

First time here today. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and Shayne did an AMAZING job on braiding my hair. I just wanted my hair out of my face but wasn’t sure if I could pull off the braids (still not sure that I can) but shayane and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and confident with my new hair style and I feel and look awesome
