Received a terrible haircut. Went in on Monday didn’t tell the Stylist that I’m a stylist. Received an uneven haircut. One side of my head has the hair cut over the ears and the other side it is to the middle of the ear. The stylist Pam didn’t use a guideline on the head so the whole back of the hair is completely uneven. Paid for the male wash and cut price but only received a cut. She talked about trying to get at least $200 for her week vaca which is coming up at the end of the month, and the moment someone else walked in she chalked up my haircut to done. A quick Visual Balance check as well as a Horizontal Check could have tipped her off that the haircut was NOT GOOD. I came in today to let the salon know I received a bad haircut showing the easily viewable external issues as well as lifting up pieces in the back to show off the interior line issues. They insisted that I sit down for Crystal but I declined. I don’t trust salons that employ inept stylists with competent ones. No refund was offered. You live you learn. Don’t go here.

Wouldn’t give me the time of day. Walked in to ask about a price on color and said “it’s a lot of work, $250” didn’t ask about color or length nothing. Not a good way to get new customers!

I dropped in for a haircut because I needed one and I was out of state. I was greeted very professionally in treated like a very important client. Almost as if I had been there in the past. Which I had not. I was satisfied with the haircut, satisfied with my stylist, and did not have to wait long at all. The price seems reasonable. And I would return here next time that I am in the area should I be needing a haircut.

Got a great haircut and highlight done. My issue was that I called asking for rates and was told 95+ for highlights. The stylist Laura insisted a layered haircut would look better and show off the highlights more. I should have asked how much it would come to before moving forward. I take responsibility for not asking first. I was also very over due. I completely understand why it cost so much, but my issue is that I was not told that it would be so high. I think if its going to cost $250 dollars they should make sure to tell you so you are aware, I normally do not have that much money set aside for my hair. If I had known the cost ahead of time I would have just gotten the highlights only like I originally planned. I just felt blindsided. She did good work, but I won't be coming back. I take some responsibility for not double checking first but at that price they need to be up front.

Any uneducated small kid can cut hair better than them. I was new here and someone suggested me this shop. No one should give such a bad suggestion to anyone. It will take another 1 month to get back what I lost. Never ever go here..... These people are worst.. Believe that or go and try...

Also called Professional Hair Design... Believe the reviews... Do NOT get your hair cut here. My son wanted a haircut here Bc he saw the train so we gave it a shot. (skinnyish lady w a belly dark hair wavy or slightly curly, pinky ring, maybe mid 50s) asked for a faux hawk... Lady said shave the head on the side and leave the top long? I said no, not a Mohawk a faux hawk. She said OK just wanted to make sure. I even showed her a picture so she knew what I was talking about she said yea. Sons haircut wasn't anything close to what we asked for. She cut the top short and combed it to the side. She buzzed the sides and it was patchy, had to ask her to run the buzzer again. The cut was only $12 but I would've gladly paid more for a better haircut. Lady was also not very friendly. Avoid this place... Trust me...

I’ve been going to Dana for years now and I am always thrilled with the results. Typically we do a full head of highlights with a cut. She knows I love keeping my length so she cuts exactly what she needs to, nothing more! I get a million compliments on my color all the time thanks to her!!! Super friendly and professional!

I enjoy this place. For those negative reviewers here is my review of you - it is hair. If you don't like it, buy a few mirrors and do it yourself. I am so tired of people complaining about businesses. It is a business and you go at your own risk. Hair grows back. It is not like they took your ear or head off. 5 stars here. I like the work and have been coming for a year or more.

Terrible. They are so rude and make comments in front of their customers about not wanting to "deal" with a crying child. They also delete negative reviews from facebook. Super shady!! Take your $$$ elsewhere, they are not worth it anyway.

Hi, I have coming here for years but recently I find the front desk is rude! I know who she is... it took me 2 days to get an appointment. I call the first day, phone rings about 9 times no answer I hang the phone call back, someone picks phone and quickly hangs up on me .. not an accident! Call the following day. She answers and say "hold". So quick I can't respond. I wait and wait and wait so now I'm just curious how long I will be waiting... I finally hang the phone after waiting 7 minutes and 33 seconds. I even took a picture of my wait time from my cell phone. To the thin older lady with black hair a little pass your shoulders if you no long want to work there well maybe it's time to retire, I have things to do along with many of us I don't have time to keep call. Maybe it's time to find a salon who care about there customer.

This place is great! Although you might go away from the rating, it is still really good! The stylist I had was very child friendly and gave me a really good haircut after a stylist in a nearby Great Clips left. I recommend this to anyone and his name is Mahmoud.
