Poor customer service. I booked an appointment same day and when I went in 4 hours later for it, no one knew I was coming. Even the woman I spoke with and talked about color with was clueless. I sat there waiting for 30 minutes without anyone even asking me if I had an appointment or greeted me. There was another woman ALSO waiting for 30+ minutes for anyone to greet her and her stylist to even show up to do her hair.
