Don’t even waste your time and money if you know what a good haircut is. The hairdresser asked me to hair-dry and style my own hair. She didn’t know when to start with my pixie undercut that juts needed a trim. I was highly disappointed even the good reviews but if you know a decent cut - I used to live in LA using a salon in Beverly Hills - this place just doesn’t compare. She was slightly better at color but left toner in my hair so I couldn’t tell if the color turned out wrong or she just didn’t bother rising it. Overall terrible experience and will never go back again. Hi Juliet, I just saw your reply. I did come in for a color after a consultation and it was somewhat better than the cut. The above review is largely on the cut. I hope you have cameras on the inside of your salon as on that trip I had to hairdry my own hair and straightener it. The straighteners were terrible and cut my hair repeatedly. I have no reason to lie. The color was as light as I wanted it to be and was initially happy with the color not the condition my hair was left in but I came in a second time as I didn’t like the shade once I had got more used to it. I know no other salons otherwise would have gone elsewhere in this city. I took a chance to give it another go. That second trip I also had a cut. I came back this time with my own straighteners and hair styling products as I expected to have to style my own hair again. I’ve never had to so that before. But the same hairdresser that saw me told me the co owner was in the salon and wouldn’t be pleased if she saw a client style her own hair so she did it on that one occasion for me. I hope your stylist can be honest to share that with you. The cut was terrible. After a color that dried my hair and a terrible cut, I was not going to argue with the hairdresser herself about the disappointment I felt. I was hoping this review would save other potential customers from having the same experience and maybe Theo co owner would appreciate candid feedback.

very unhappy with my cut and color. I'm a brunette who asked to keep my hair dark, but put a little highlight in my hair to soften it. I wanted a slight copper highlight. Instead I ended up very blond. Lots of blond. Will not return.

I have been going to both Juliet and Shauna for around a year. Yesterday, I decided to try another salon due to some scheduling issues on my part and not having a ton of time. Unfortunately, it did NOT go well and my hair color and cut was a nightmare. I texted Shauna and she immediately got me in contact with Juliet who fit me in the NEXT DAY (a SUNDAY!) to fix my hair. I cannot express enough how caring, kind, and talented the stylists at Fix are. My hair turned out beautifully and I am so appreciative of everything they did for me!

The salon was a fun and relaxing place to be on the morning of my wedding, and they got everything done efficiently and on time. Highly recommend!

My favorite place! The atmosphere and decor will instantly make you smile, along with the wonderful and engaging personalities of all employees. The main thing I enjoy about Fix is that they give it to you straight with no empty promises. They set realistic expectations based on your hair and your wants. If you're unhappy with the end result they will resolve it. Fair prices, excellent design and a plethora of products to suit your needs. I personally enjoy the Beard Block line as it keeps me feeling fresh and tames this beard

I hate leaving negative reviews but this experience was a total mess. I showed up pretty early for my appointment. The hair stylist I was scheduled to see told me that the appointment might actually have to start late because she was scheduled to dye a woman's hair right before my appointment. She said she didn't know how long this might take and it would be best if I came back for my appointment a few minutes late. I told her that I could happily wait at the cafe next door (I was feeling a bit embarrassed that I had arrived so early). I came back into the salon five minutes past when my appointment was due to start. The stylist was still applying dye to the other client's hair. I shrugged this off, as she had warned me, and went for a walk to kill some more time. I came back 15 minutes after my appointment was due to start. The stylist was still applying color to the other client's hair. I figured that it would probably be at least another 10 minutes or more until the stylist was done. At that point it would have been about 30 minutes after my appointment was due to start. Judging how tightly she seemed to be scheduled I realized that by that point she would probably have to see to whichever client she had scheduled after me. I walked back to the cafe and gave up on the appointment. I kind of hoped there would be some kind of follow up phone call to apologise for the missed appointment or even just reschedule but there wasn't. I have a lot of sympathy for how busy stylists are but over all I felt pretty blown off. If she didn't have time I could have made an appointment somewhere else.

I shudder to think about the money I have spent at Fix Salon, but I will tell you that it was worth every. Single. Penny. I have gone from an ordinary brunette with box coloring to a glossy blue-black, to vibrant purple, to a pastel unicorn. Through it all, my hair has remained healthy, sleek and manageable. The ladies here know what they are doing, and their prices are upfront and reasonable. I thoroughly recommend them to any person looking for a quality hairstylist.
