If I could leave it 0 stars I would. Paid 168.00 and left a tip because it really wasn’t my hair stylist fault she was new and I took a chance on her. Thinking that it was a close knit partnership between the hairstylist my main goal was to get my hair dyed. After telling these three ladies I didn’t want it bleached I hve never needed it bleached I was convinced. I was leaving my hair in there hands after all they are the experts. The lady asked them a few times how to do some things && would ask for there approval. After 6 hours of sitting through a bleaching process and dying I was left looking like Tekashi 69. I was horrified as I was supposed to have a darker rv6 in my hair I was looking at spots of orange, bright red, and browns in my hair. They added a toner which left me content because now I just look elvish and not like a clown. Thanks Hair Graphics for a horrible experience. My hair stylist was lovely women she just not what I need in a hair stylist. && to all the other people who work there and watched her kill my hair shame on you.

Horrible experience. You can never get anyone to answer the phone when calling to make an appointment. Leave a message and get a return call 2 days later. I guess this salon does not care about keeping business.

I guess you have to be cautious who you go to here. I know a few people that work here or have worked at this salon so my impression was that this place was very professional. I recommended this place to my mom for a cut and color. She initially walked in there with curly hair down to her bra strap with plenty of gray and she walked out with hair above her shoulders and still gray. It was the worst experience in her book because she wanted only wanted 2" cut off and a recommendation of what to color her hair that would match naturally. Montana didn't make any recommendations and ruined my mother's hair. With one big chop she took all her length off before mom could react. Then she had the audacity to tell her well your not happy I won't charge you upon further discussion she basically finished with well what do you want me to do stick your hair back on? obviously this salon isn't for you. Well my mom couldn't endure the ladies uncaring attitude and walked out. Mom had to run to Walmart the only place still open to salvage the terrible cut which hairstylist there was mortified!! She managed to clean the cut but it's short and not 2" shorter but more like 12" shorter and with curly hair you can't just do that. Shame on you Montana!!! If anyone has doubts or wants to argue this pictures don't lie. So I'll be sure not to send anyone your way, promise.

Heidi does such an amazing job and really listens to her customers when they come in, even the first time ones. She patient and gets to understand what it is YOU are looking for and helps you polish what you want the end result to be! Crazy idea to give the customer what they want?! The support staff was professional and the building was well maintained. I watched the other stylists and they also seemed to be listening to their customers and helping them get to the style they wanted.

Ashley Harper is by far the best stylist ever! Not only does she listen and go above and beyond what I ask for, she never ceases to amaze me, she always blows my expectations out the water. I love the way she listens to what I want and DOES exactly what I want and also they way she is upfront and honest about if a style will look good or not. Went there 3 weeks ago and got my hair and bangs trimmed for the first time. Same style I've done for years. At the end of my haircut after blow drying, my hair was looking frizzy, so they took thinning shears all over my hair and bangs. Looked fine at first, but now as it's growing out my hair looks terrible! Ends sticking out all over the place, especially on my bangs. The edges of my blunt bangs where they blend into the rest of my hair are a complete mess. Very disappointed will not be back.
