Every time I step into 9Round, I leave feeling stronger, healthier, and happier than when I walked in. I know that I am going to get a great full-body workout that challenges not only my body but also my mind. The trainers push me to work harder than I think is possible, whether it's by increasing weights, increasing reps, or completing 1 extra round... or 9. Not only does a membership include nutrition information via email, but the trainers are also always ready to offer tips on nutrition to help members accomplish their goals. I have developed great friendships along the way with others who have the same or similar fitness goals as my own. We participate in races and workouts together outside of our normal 9Round routine. We also have the opportunity to compete in friendly competition that encourages us to become better versions of ourselves. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at 9Round. I am thankful that I am involved in such a great organization and I can truly say that getting my 9Round workout in is one of the things I look forward to most every day.
