The location is great, it has a huge parking lot and is pretty close everything in town. The equipment is well maintained, and the locker room is nice and clean.

I like how they recently renovated the entire gym, new equipment and everything. Staffing is not up to par like it should be. Front desk attendants are usually really nice but one in particular does not even stand at the front desk. She sits on the couch on her phone every time I see her. Having to wait for her to actually look up when I want to tan. I signed up with the cheapest membership (with a contract) but wanted to upgrade for tanning which was done (with another contract). I started working at another facility that allowed me to tan for free so I ended up not needing the upgrade but refused to downgrade me saying it was in the contract I couldn’t downgrade. How is it fair I can upgrade but not downgrade even though I want to keep my membership and will give them business for a full year? I’ve asked repeatedly but they said they’ll let me know to get me to stop asking. They said it was in the contract which I can understand they’re following policy but that’s kind of robbery seeing that they never mentioned I was not allowed to downgrade like any other gym. After working at another gym, I realize how dirty everything really is there. The machines have dust and sweat stuck where there shouldn’t be. I pick my phone off the floor with dust and dirt all over it. The water fountains are caked in build up. It’s a decent gym minus cleanliness and customer service.

Not a flagship Crunch. Front desk told me locker room/ showers have been under construction for a few weeks and it will be a couple more. How can a gym have no lockers/showers for 5 weeks? Nothing about the people just the location.

Great place to workout and at very reasonable prices!! They have 3 different price points for members and the cheapest is $9.99 per month which is what I have. The staff is super friendly and they do not try to pressure you into purchasing any other packages that you do not want. The other packages are only $19.99 and $29.99 per month which include the weekly classes, tanning, etc..... Two levels of lots of fitness equipment, along with, a couple studios for classes such as spin or cycle. It will be getting all new equipment in the next few months which will make it that much better. Highly recommend this place for both beginners and the seasoned veterans!

The gym is ok , however they will not work with you AT ALL if you have to relocate to a place outside their membership area. I got a membership here 3 months ago. I paid 80$ and got the highest tier plan at 40$ a month and 3 months with a trainer for 700$. So they've got 900$ from me already and I had to relocate due to my landlord selling my house. Well I have emailed this gym 3 times and not got any response and today I got ahold of someone and was told I have to keep paying the contract until it ends almost 10 months away. On top of that they wont let me downgrade to at least a 10$ a month plan saying they dont allow downgrades AND I still had a month and half left of training with a trainer that I am not getting refunded for...almost 350$ right there. Online it says they allow early termination for a 25$ fee and when I mentioned this i was told "oh , well that's NOT this Crunch Fitness." Honestly I don't ever recall seeing a contract I remember signing on a keypad and that's it. Guess lesson learned! If they were a decent establishment they would have called it even right then and there. And Maggie was quite rude on the phone saying "well you signed a contract blah blah blah" well guess what I'm having my card cut off and when you send it to collections I'll dispute it for the 350$ you owe me back. The gym is fair but I'd advise take your business somewhere else where they work with you when life happens . How could you even be ok with taking someone's money that cant even get to your facility. Shameful!!!!

The 9.95 advertisement is not exactly true. There is added initiation fee of 50$ and then you are obligated for a calendar year. No easy cancelling options available even if you move. Management not willing to work with extenuating situations at all. Very expensive and frustrating experience.

Formerly Golds Gym, despite closing down as a gold and reopening you are still charged and threatend with collections. Not only is it turned to chrunch fitness, they charge you under golds gym with the 30$ fee despite now charging a lower membership rate. When you are required to sign a contract to go to a gym, there is nothing good to come from it. Quite literally stealing my money.

.I like coming to work out but yesterday, I went to the women's section and the previous equipment has been removed and replaced with old equipment from down stairs. I am so disappointed and frustrated. They need to put the previous equipment back.

This place is great! It's fitted with 2 different sized studio, a private weight area for women, and tons of different machines to use. You don't have to be a gym rat to enjoy this place and it's amazing for casual fitness lovers.
