Very disappointed in my experience here. I called the day before and asked about trial classes. I was told that Tuesday and Thursday preschool classes had openings and we were welcome to come in to try out the class. The next morning, I got my excited almost 4 year old ready in her leotard and we headed over. We get there and the front desk woman tells me that the class is FULL. There is someone already taking a trial class today. I was NEVER told it was first come first serve. I was told that the class was open and we were welcome to come. I had to break it to my daughter that she couldn't go in while she watched all the other girls walk into class. She was so upset. I asked the front desk woman if there was any way to accommodate one extra 4 year old and she was very cold and rude. She acted like we were burdening her by being there and basically told us "tough luck". I was planning on taking both of my children here 2 days a week. We will now be taking our business elsewhere.

My oldest daughter went to the Gilbert gym for many years, she was also on the cheer team until she went to college. She also was a coach. Now my youngest daughter goes to the queen creek campus and she loves it

My oldest daughter went to the Gilbert location for several years. We constantly had scheduling problems and on two occasions they tried to over charge us. Today I showed up for my youngest daughters first lesson. We had signed up online and received an email saying she was enrolled. When we got here they said there was no room and then spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to sort it out. We left without a class to attend and instructions to call to set up a time. We are disappointed.

I just had a party for my 6 year old daughter Gisele, and it went smoothly thanks to Amy and Natalia who did an amazing job. They handled everything and I was amazed how professional they were. The only thing I feel that could have been better was the amount of time allotted to set up and take down the party. Although, I must say Amy and Natalia were quite organized, very patient and were a HUGE help with that part as well.

My daughter has been in gymnastics for over 5 months, and she can’t do one thing by herself yet.. very frustrating to pay so much money, just so she can have fun and socialize. The coach is very nice but let’s the kids get away with sloppy work. We also have to YouTube what a handstand looks like (and a cartwheel, etc) because the coach hasn’t demonstrated them. I’m in the process to finding a better place so my daughter can be successful.

Great gym, my kids love their coaches and always enjoy class. It's fun to see them progress in their sport. They love attending open gym and the parents' night out events too. High quality instruction!

We have been going to the USA Youth Fitness Center in Queen Creek for over two years now. My 3 kiddos absolutely LOVE coming here! They have learned so much from their coaches in terms of how hardwork, dedication, and commitment produces results, builds work ethic, and promotes teamwork! My kiddos all started at the intro classes and are now members of the Xcel, FXT, and JO teams! USA Youth Fitness Center rocks!!

My kids love this place. Great organized outlet for all that energy and well kept facility. They cover all ages, set in a group setting, and very reasonable in price. You can cancel at anytime, no contract, and if you are curious, they can give you a trial run. The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable about all things gymnastics. Go sometime and get the kids out of the house so you can have an hour of peace.

Well we had five kids ready to go and we go there and it was closed and it wasn't even on the website! It was a tinted sign on the door you couldn't even see. All I could see was the disappointment in people faces

Kinda expensive and I've taken my daughter almost a yr. She doesn't seem to be learning much. Often see the coaches talking rather than watching the girls or helping them figure it out. I'm pulling her out.

Our kids love going to gymnastics here. They have such convenient class times that we have four kids of different ages and they were are all able to go during the same hour on the same day! I love it!! Our boys instructor Connor is simply amazing! He works so well with kids I have been so impressed that a boy of his age can be so good instructing children. Request Connor if you have boys attending class!! Everyone is super friendly and it has even been a great place to find friendly mom friends. The 1 less star than 5 is only because of pricing it is so incredibly expensive to put kids in gymnastics be a little bit more affordable.

My toddler absolutely loves her gymnastics and I am greatful that her coaches take notice in her and push her to strive for more. I'm excited for the new queen Creek location to open only for the fact that it does get pretty crowded with all the family and friends that come to see the awesome kiddo's.

Decent gym offering gymnastics, tumbling and cheer sports. Gets very crowded and the coaches are friendly and enthusiastic, however, can be incosistent in there level of coaching

I am still cheering with the Champions (the special needs cheer team), and we had our first competition on December 4th!!! We won, and we got a huge trophy! Thanks to this place, I have became one of the best cheerleaders on the team, and they are teaching me fancy jumps (like spinning in the air, doing the splits in the air, and a Herkey jump), and a double somersault. Our uniforms are AMAZING, and I have made many friends on this team! The people at this gym are very nice, and my coaches get my hospital jokes.

My kids love it here and the instructors are very attentive and motivational. My children look forward to Gymnastics each week!

My daughter started in the preschool class and her teacher was great, communicated progress very well. When she moved onto the novice class she was very excited but her excitement slowly went down. Her instructor needs improvement and better structure with the kids. There were days where some kids were sitting on the floor while others were on the bars. Rotation is not done as it should be. She does not communicate well. The front desk doesn't do well when addressing the issue. Its not up to me to babysit the instructor. They are reasonable on price My daughter had her 5th bday party there and they did a fabulous job. However, the instructor is not a fit nor facility longer.

I am giving 2 stars because there are some good coaches, however the management is terrible. The building is dirty and not clean. The bathrooms are constantly filthy, trash over flowing, toilets dirty, they had to take the faucet handles off the hot water side because of scolding hot water, and the water is still overly hot for kids. The front entryway to the building is full of trash, spilled soda and gum. There are only enough seats and tables for 30 parents but always an extra 20-30 parents standing around. The tables and chairs are filthy, the walls are full of footmarks and chewed gum and food. They are more about money and signing more kids up then the quality of skill and service. They are just trying to pay for their new building, which is effecting our children and the learning of gymnastics. The front desk is not helpful or inviting, they are NOT honest with the kid to coach ratio. My child has gone there for a year and we have had to switch up her classes and days 5 times just so she can get something out of the classes, I took the advice of the staff and was let down every time. The only good thing is the private 30 minute class that you pay cash to the coach for that session. In Arizona there are a lot options to chose from, I would definitely GO ELSEWHERE! Today the line was drawn when they didn't even noticed a 5 yr old had walked out of her class(too many kids, coach didn't notice, front desk DIDN'T NOTICE) She was outside for 15 plus minutes until I brought her back in. She was 5 years old crying, that situation could have been bad. I withdrew my child and will be going elsewhere away from the unsupervised , chaotic, just drop your kid off free for all day dirty daycare they call USA YOUTH FITNESS CENTER

We've been going here for years. Just love the level of instruction. We have really seen improvement in my kids' skills. They have a variety of classes including gymnastics, tumbling and cheer. It's family owned and run and you can tell they really care about their customers.
