Mystery Valley is just different from other Atlanta courses. Different in a good way. This course likes the driver. Depending on the tees you choose, the course may play long. . The greens are large and usually in good condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Weekend rounds may be slow.

My favorite course close to the city of Atlanta and Stone Mountain. It's always in good shape tee to green. I mean... the greens take a beating due to folks not knowing how to play the game properly. For bent grass greens, they typically look good in the Spring and Fall as this is the aeration interval. Wonderful Pros, superintendent & folks working the course. I play this course at least once per week.

A little rough around the edges, but great course, #2 green is almost unfair, really tough to find a good pin location, the rest of the course is a treat, bunkers need lots of work but being a county course i'm sure it's hard to get the money, I'd probably fill some in or make them grass bunkers. I really enjoy this course. The greens were just punched a week ago?, but they are rolling fine...old school layout..go get some

Played on our ways from Kiawah Golf resorts. This place is a nice championship size golf course....played blue tees par 72 over 6700yds. Small greens need accurate iron shots into challengingly fast, sloped, bent grass putting surfaces... was fun. Tree lined, Wide, and firm fairways. Greatly designed course overall. Great friendly staffs. Need some maintenance in some areas though and club house might needs some updating. But Golf was great! Nice wide practice range as well. Thank you Chad!

The greens are covered in weeds. Do they have a weed program? The grass clippings left in the fairway why? The sand bunkers are rock bunkers c'mon Dekalb County do better. Spend some $$$.

Course is in pretty good shape. Only complaints are shortage of spectator carts on US Kids Golf tournament days and range balls need more frequent replacing. Some of those balls may be several years old! It is hard to tell if you simply made bad contact, or if the ball is simply dead.
