Waited over a week for them to just tell me they don't service my area, despite leaving my address with them when I called the first time. Regarding owner's reply: That's fine but I think whoever is handling phones should at least know which areas you serve off hand. The areas served section on your site isn't exactly prominent. This delayed me getting service because I waited a week expecting to get a quote.
