I went in here looking for some small pots for my house plants. They have a good selection of stylish planters and plant pots of all sizes. Great prices and nice staff. $25 minimum spend which is easy enough to achieve. Recommended

Super awesome shopping for a big planter for our growing tree that we do not think would be an easy task. The Planter Resource is the first store we walked by - the nice boss and staff were smiling and friendly. We walked in with so many awesome selections. With patient and knowledgeable help from them, we found a perfect planter quickly with soil and cork plate. Such a good shopping!

My mother and I came in to buy a planter for our new plant. The attitude from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. We asked to see a pot and changed our mind once. The employee “assisting” us (who had just started helping us) threw her hands up in exasperation and loudly said, “I’m done.” and left. When we complained to the cashier, the employee returned and began yelling at my mother for “making her get things from the top shelf” and changing her mind with pots. The cashier did not try to intervene at all as the employee yelled and pointed at us. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer, no matter how “difficult.” (Absurd, since we only changed our mind once.) All in all, our purchase was not at all worth it. Her attitude was obscenely disrespectful and intolerable. Would never come here again.
