I ordered some mulch for my yard and had it delivered. Though the prices were reasonable, considering, then I found out why. They pretty obviously shorted me on my order and when I called to as if a mistake was made I was blatantly insulted by the owner. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! They will just try and take advantage of you.

Our house came with a retaining wall in the backyard that we needed to add to, build up. I went into Jersey Landscape to see if they had the bricks we needed, but they don't carry that particular brand. Even so, a gentleman (I got the impression he was the boss or the manager) took the time to sit down with me and look online at OTHER businesses to see where I could get them. I didn't technically do business with this company but I really appreciate the time and attention I was given, especially considering they knew they weren't making a penny off me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to talk to a knowledgeable and professional staff about your landscaping needs. They will know what you're talking about, even when you know you're not using the right lingo, and will steer you in the right direction. Thank you very much!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered stone and specifically told them to dump it on the job site in the backyard. The clerk that took the order said it would cost $100 to drive up on the grass and the driver would ring the doorbell to ask. The driver dumped it in my driveway and didn't even bother to ask where to dump it. I called back and spoke with John the owner/manager (a complete Jerk with no customer service skills) and said they don't go on grass but his employee said they did. Get on the same page! I was going to spend a lot of money here on a big project, not anymore! Look elsewhere!

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. Asked for 3/8 yellow stone. Was told they dont have that. I said im looking for beach stone. They said , yes we have 3/8 pearl stone. I told them to call before they delivered. They called as they were there and i was not home. They delivered 3/4 pearl stone. The stone is too big for our project. In addition, i said drop close to garage door. They dumped on the garage door, upon opening door, it all poured into garage. I called to discuss. The Girl i ordered from denied that she never told me it was 3/4 size. Then passed to “jennifer “ who proceeded to yell at me. Then passed to a very aggressive and rude man who told me we own it. If we can get it scooped up and back to them, he will refund it. (1.5 yards of stone dumped in my driveway) Then as I explained my side of the story , he cut me off , accused me of lying about what I ordered. I then got irate and started screaming finally, he then proceeded to call me a “f-ing b*tch” and hang up on me. This is the absolute worst company ever. Do not do business with them. You have been warned.

The driver was supposed to dump dirt at the curb but instead, backed down our driveway and busted it. When we called, the owner was aggressive and rude. He told me that they don’t go on grass so they couldn’t do the curb dump. He then said “these asphalt driveways cannot handle dump trucks; they always crack.” When I asked why they didn’t call me when they couldn’t drop where we agreed, especially if they knew that the alternative would ruin my driveway, he said “lady, I’m running a business here. I don’t have time to call every customer we deliver to.” Damaged property and not even the decency to apologize. Go elsewhere.

1st order almost ripped out my power lines during delivery 2nd order ripped out my Belgian block driveway edge during delivery. Not just 1 stone but the entire row. While I was making my final order for roughly 1500 square feet of pavers I requested to return a single item that was past the return policy that probably had a net cost of $25. They would not return it. Won't matter how much you spend or how polite you can be to them you will receive horrible service. Just use a different company.
