I have been a customer for about 5 years for weekly cuts and the 4 step lawn care program. I have the best looking lawn on the block. They show up weekly without fail, unless there is bad weather. They are quick and do a good job and the price is great. I also order new mulch for the tree and flower beds every year and they do a good job on that as well. The office staff is always friendly, courteous and professional...never had any problem or issues as some of the other posters had. I recommend them without hesitation. Good work, fair price and very dependable. Thank you.

Great plant selection and inside has wonderful gifts. Checkout the stain glass lamps and garden wimzies. Suet for the birds, feeders,seed. They also have danish and coffee area. Only draw back is one cash register and awkward checkout.

1) The woman in the office are a nightmare to work with. 2) They PREY on the elderly in the 55 and over commumities telling them things that need to be done but really isnt necessary!!

I agree with some of the previous posters. No communication whatsoever. The paying customer becomes responsible for calling to find out why there has been no service. No courtesy call, no apologies, not even a lame excuse.

Big choices in plants; shop inside has fresh, local baked goods. Prices are about the same as other nurseries. Staff helpful.

We just had our 1st edging and we are so impressed w job and the workers, we are going to have them lay all new top soil on our front and side yard. I always buy my flowers, shrubs and trees from the General now they will have all our business. I do live in an adult community.

Nice neighborhood garden center. Lots of flowers, bushes and trees, and everything you need to care for them. You can also have them plant your purchase and take care of your lawn and beds. There is also a little “store” where they sell lawn ornaments, decorative pots and other cutesy things. If you have a sweet tooth, you can even buy bakery cookies, pastries and rolls.

There store is great but landscaping leaves a lot to be desired. Office staff is surly and does not want to hear any complaints. It is there way or the highway. They are never wrong. Despite asking to be called before service they never do. They show up without calling. If you have an issue with the work the office interrupts you while you are speaking and always has a bad attitude. Asked them to call before coming and they just show up at 830 in the morning and go to work running machines waking my family up. Let them know about it and they came a second time, again without calling. Had some issues the first time we used them and they just blew us off. Posted complaint on website previously and they deleted it.
