Changed companies recently. Had a Sod Web Worm problem. Don't know if anyone out there have dealt with this problem, but it is a serious one. You can lose your lawn. You have a pretty good infestation by the time you notice your lawn is dying. You had helped me last summer with the same problem. Was out then in a day or two and treated. Very pleased. Called when I saw a repeat of last summer. Actually I went to the company all three times. All day long there phone rings busy. I even called while I was there and knew no one was on the phone. Still rang busy. Last time, after you had repeatedly promised to come out. I said if they couldn't be there today I was changing companies or I wasn't going to have a lawn to treat. The lady in the office said that was my prerogative. We have been with you since we bought the house 3 yrs ago. The people before use used Grant Co also. They lived in the house 20 plus years. Lousy customer service and lousy employees.

We have been a customer for years and the service has been great until the new owners took over. We have called several times for them to come spray our yard. Each time they say next week or in 2 weeks. Each time they don't show up. They . Only as good as your word..just saying.
