We just had a new house built in a new neighborhood. Total Maintenance sprayed our yard with hydro-seed, only to see most of it wash away during the numerous summer rain storms. Now we live in a beautiful new house with a front yard comprised of mostly dirt, several types of weeds, and some grass from the seed that did not wash away. We've been trying to get Total Maintenance to come respray the dirt patches so we can have a front yard that we can be somewhat proud of. Apparently, Total Maintenance does not stand by their work, because they refuse to come spray the dirt spots. In fact, the only way they will come out is if we pay them for a second application. What a disappointment!
