Had lunch here, big bowl is awesome! Great sides and had 2 entrees and they were fantastic. I was planning to be there for a while and moved (with my mountain of food) to a booth as soon as one was available. Once I did i was chastised by the CS team at the checkout. I spent another 15 minutes there and continued to recieve laughs and stares. I was very uncomfortable. Good food, poor customer service.

My reviews are dropping one star with each one I write. The seating area connected to the deli/hot food bars is consistently dirty. I have never found a clean table without food remnants and/or trash on the table. This in turn, has led to a fly problem. Lots of black flies buzzing about, most likely due to aforementioned cleanliness issues.

Always a great grocery store. Their reputation of being expensive is not always fully deserved either; if you watch the ads at times some items can be as cheap or even cheaper here than at cub. And of course their soup - even in frozen form to take home - is second to none. This store also has a seating area where you can sit down to eat. No table service but nice tables none the less where you can eat whatever you bought (including from the delicious hot bar or salad bar).

My fave grocery store has been going downhill lately. Artisan bread that wasn't, standard bread that's overpriced, few non-GMO choices, few organics, and an Extras program that doesn't work. Wonderful customer service and ease of parking and shopping save the day.

I had originally gone there for the service center...which is awesome!! They pretty much do everything that the post office will do (except overnight) plus send faxes. They were sampling some amazing marinated salmon, I got several of the orange sesame kind.

I first moved to Minnesota and hsd no idea what a Lunds & Byerlys was, let alone how to say it. I miss my Lunds & Byerlys now that we have left the Midwest. They have a nice bakery and decently priced groceries. I loved their little cafe/buffet thing. Definitelg give it a shot if you can!

Always enjoy shopping here when in town. Great selection of fresh produce as well as a great selection in the meat market. The bakery is full of different baked bread and sweets. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

One of many Lunds & Byerlys location throughout the Twin Cities, this location is another well placed location. A bit better laid out than the Saint Louis Park location, with its own charm. This location is the only one I know of that sells large bags of popcorn. I do not know if they pop it on site, but one of the first things you'll notice upon walking in is the smell of popcorn. Aside from that, this location is easily noticeable and also one of the few with an attached wine and spirits shop. All in all, this is one of the few Good Lunds & Byerlys locations.

Absolutely love this Lunds and Byerly's, don't get there as often as I wish, because I don't drive and don't have the patience to take the bus. Prior to 2008 when I drove, I still preferred this Lunds and Byerly's location versus Plymouth and my kids would love going there, too.

I was in town the weekend of June 22-24th and as we were leaving town my family and I stopped at the Lund's & Byerlys on Ridgedale. I bought a couple of items and decided to get a coffee at the Caribou located in your store. I had left my prescription sunglasses at the coffee shop, called back and the Manager on duty at the Caribou would not help me out so i called the grocery store and spoke with Madison and she went above and beyond to get my sunglasses and mail them back to me. Caribou would not help me at all because it was not their job to do so as I was told by the Manager on Duty. Lunds & Byerlys is so lucky to have Madison as an employee, it is rare these days to get such great customer service, not only did she listen to me when I was so desperate to get them back, she walked over to the Caribou to get them, call me back and mail them to me. Thank you Madison I will not forget your kindness.

Not POC friendly. I was followed by a employee after getting ranch dressing from the salad bar and then was told “Do you know you have to pay for that?” She then followed me to the self check out and monitored my check out. Just ridiculous in 2018 that businesses are hiring individuals that think all POC steal. I contacted the manager and he handled it very professionally and apologized on the stores behalf. I appreciated him reaching out to me after i had left a message requesting a call back. If you are profiled reach out to management don’t let others treat you less than what you are.

This store has a great reputation for quality and so does my employer. I go here for lunch, not general grocery shopping, so take that in to consideration for my review. I like the variety of food options for lunch, but none of it knocks me out of the park. It's all just decent food. The variety means I can switch it up any time I go there. I've had it all there including salad bar, fried chicken from the hot bar, pizza, etc.

3/3/19 I ordered delivery. While my order was correct, the delivery person was shockingly rude. He walked from my tiled entry way to my newly installed wood floor with his snow dripping shoes. I don't know what L&B's policies and procedures are for delivery, but if walking into a house with filthy dripping shoes, I'll use HyVee instead. Second problem, he chastised me for the payment method I selected because it was inconvenient for him. Why is that payment method available then? Third, insisted next time I use Instacart instead of their service. Fourth and finally, instead of allowing me to sign for my payment and delivery, he informed me that he'd initial for me and stated that he does it all the time--especially for old people because "they can't hold a pen straight". I was so appalled!! I tried to call the store numerous times. No one answered. None of the extension numbers worked on their menu. Finally I got to an answering machine, but couldn't leave a message since the mailbox was full. So, since I was obstructed from talking to anyone affiliated with or present at the store, I'm leaving this review for all the good people of Google. My suggestion: Forget Lund's and Byerly's and simply use HyVee delivery instead. It's easier, more professional, and less of a headache :)

When you check out a guy comes from the back and fills up every slot you just took something from. The shelves are always perfect as is the fruit and veggies. I've never seen such perfection. I felt that the overall selection of meat has dropped not only in quality but what was there to pick from! As well they no longer carry Leeann Chin Thai peanut sauce! What a horrible decision! We left with nothing in our cart!

This was most likely the best stocked Lunds and Byerly's that I have seen! They have so many different varieties of foods to choose from, including different take out places that you can order food from. They are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I did notice that people greeted each other as if they have known each other for a long time! I will definitely be returning! Also, this location does have a service counter in which you can send out mail.

I stop here a bunch as its close to work. I come here for lunch and take advantage of the wonderful hot and cold food. The salad bar is great. There are restaurants inside that make great food. I especially love Tucci Italian's pizza 18" east coast pizza glory. They have self checkout here. Its your classic byerlys and they just have everything you need and want.

These are the best stores you will ever find. Selection and service are unparalleled. So lucky to have this business in Minnesota. Everything else just pretends to be L&B. Wonderful produce, excellent cheese, top notch meats. If you like to cook this is your place. They also have a great deli and ready to eat meals. Check it out.
