This is the best grocery store in pittsfield. Its open 24/7 and no other grocery store in pittsfield is, including Wal-Mart which was shocking to me when I first moved to Pittsfield. The prices are decent, the produce here is amazing, you can tell its fresh and well taken care of. All in all this is a great place to do your grocery shopping any time of day! No matter your schedule this place is always open so it really makes shopping convenient not having to worry about them closing at a certain time.

I wish the packaged meats were fresher; often the plastic is bulging as though it is starting to decompose even when well within the sell-by dates. Great sale prices and coupons in local papers, but otherwise prices are at least 20% higher than Walmart just 4 miles away. Though admittedly with much better selection. And dont miss their bakery area! Top of the line desserts and breads.

Price Chopper of Brattleboro Vermont is a good source for groceries. It's a small groceries store that has most all of the essentials. They have a good selection and surprisingly more choices than I expect every time I go here. They have been changing the store since late 2017 and it looks like they are increasing the selection size more with the new arrangement. It's been difficult to keep up with the new layout these past months I look forward to when they are done with the new setup. The big negative with this store is the high traffic parking lot which is too busy for my taste. Its difficult for me with the need for handicap parking. Other than parking issues I reccomend people to go here ofter.

I came in here to get a fountain soda and fro cheese. After finding out the $6 per lb american cheese I said screw that and went and bought a fountain drink and got my cup and started to fill it. The machine was out of every soda that wasn’t diet and I asked one of the good workers for help and she came out and helped me. After waiting 3 minutes for her to finish wrapping food up she came out to the machine and told me she had no idea how to help me because she didn’t know how the machine worked. She offered me a free bottled soda which is cheaper than the fountain drink and I was tired and didn’t want to deal with her so I told her yes and she said “it’s on the house” which really made me want to write this review. Why would she say it’s on the house if it got it because what I purchased before didn’t work. Why wasn’t I offered a refund AND a free soda. Never coming back again unless I want to wait 15 minutes for a bottle of soda that I pay extra for. Horrible store, horrible first experience, don’t ever come here, period.

Beautiful new makeover. A bit dark due to colors and lighting. Lobsters were tasty but slightly undercooked so some parts had to be discarded. The bakery lady was very helpful with the Dakota loaves that I purchased - my favorite bread.

I can't speak for the rest of the grocery store, but DO NOT use their bakery for birthday cakes. I originally wanted to order a cake in their own catalog but they said they couldn't make it so I ordered a decorative cupcake tray. It didn't look at all like the picture, but it was too late to change anything so I took it. The frosting was disgusting, they said it was buttercream but it tasted like artificial whipped cream (which I think is part of a larger trend of corporate bakeries to switch to whipped type frostings since they're cheaper to make), and the cake was pretty dry and tasted like it came from a box mix. The few people that ate the cupcakes had their hands, teeth and clothing badly stained, they used an INSANE amount of red food coloring in their frosting. Touching the smallest amount of frosting stained my hands and it took a considerable amount scrubbing to get it out. So needless to say, it was a total waste of money and food as they went mostly uneaten. I'm going to bring the remaining cupcakes back and contact the bakery and hope they can remedy this.

If you like paying more for exactly the same stuff that all the other stores have this is your place. They only have good deals on the stuff that they're having a sale on everything else is more expensive. They do have flowers that get marked down which is pretty much the only reason why I come in here. If they could charge me for walking in the door I'm pretty sure they would. Love the new policy of charging me a nickel for a paper bag.. impressed at their skill for finding a new way to add to my bill here

The layout of the store makes shopping very easy and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. I once left my cellphone in the shopping cart in the cart corral in the parking lot and when I got home I called and the woman working in customer service immediately went outside and got my phone to hold until I could get back there for it. She was so nice and helpful. The Starbucks staff in this store is not as friendly.

The wait at the checkout was unacceptable. Three cashiers and a lot of people in line with large amount items. The young woman at the checkout where I waited was very slow. Almost intentionally. The man in front if me was very upset due to the neglect he received with only four items. He and I spoke with the manager who only made excuses for the lack of personnel on duty. The problem was the girl working our line was very inappropriately slow and aloof to the situation. It took about 30 min for her to service someone two people ahead of me while the other lines cleared out three to four customers, while our line was jammed up with total nonsense. This was about 30 min ago, as I just got home with my groceries. The manager was of no help at all either. I don't plan on returning and will tell others not to bother with this store.

Not my favorite grocery market, choppy, and scattered so you spend a lot of time looking at aisle signs and back tracking to find what you need. Everytime I go here I lose about 15 minutes searching for items I need. The staff however is very much aware of this and helps all the people they can regularly and pleasantly.

I hate this store and avoid it like the plague but every time I try to get one of their deals their advertising is bogus. It frequently happens where it claims you'll get a discount on an item with their card, but when you go up to the register it doesn't give you the discount unless you buy three or four of the same item. It happened to me with seltzer. Knowing that they pull these stunts all the time I double checked the sign. It rang up full price at the register and claimed it was buy four get the deal. I told him it was wrong. He said he'd send someone to check because, unlike most customer-service centered stores, they don't believe customers. He walked away but then just didn't send anyone to check so we got charged full price. It's just a wannabe Wegmans but the prices are not as good. The selection isn't much better than a regular price chopper. It's got a nice produce, alcohol, and dessert section. Literally EVERYTIME I buy meat there, they have the sale sign in the wrong place and I have to go back and return it or prove to them they were wrong, again.... I am honestly so tired of their inability to accurately label their sales that I won't be coming back unless it's for specialty food.

The remodel for the store is wonderful. I am a shopper of of the Price Chopper in Keene, NH. The layout is very different from the normal Price Chopper layout but the flow of shopping is wonderful. Normally I go to the right for vegetables, in this store it's to the left. They also took some time to lay out the store so that you actually have to look for junk food. They also premier healthier products on all of the top shelves.

My personal favorite grocery store in the area. Has good normal prices with a lot of regular sale items. Great bakery and pattiserie, as well as a decent deli and fish counter. Wine and beer selection is mediocre, but their food selection is diverse and probably has almost anything you would likely want. Their parking lot sucks, but that's not really their fault.

I purchased 3.54 llbs of hamburger there and it spoiled in three days, third day being freeze day and it spoiled. Even after i took my time and brought it to the counter to ask of this was the freshest. Im so disappointed in their quality of bad meat that they mix with the good so when the bad spoils the whole thing does.. almost 4 llbs of meat. Seriously price chopper, get your act together you're making your customers suffer. This is the second time this has happened! But when I go to hannahfords or walmart the meat stays great. I won't be going to Market32 again.

A renovation always helps! The store is a bit dark but it's the wall decor that I now find quite soothing. The layout is logical and easy to navigate. As far as pricing, I find all venues within 20 miles are very expensive compared to what available monies folks can spend on food. High-quality protein, like fish and meat (beef) is so expensive I can't afford it, so we eat lots of chicken, beans & rice... (actually nutritious, but gets boring). The Staff is helpful and friendly...cart management certainly adequate. Since plastic bags are not allowed here in Brattleboro, you can bring your own, or buy large brown paper grocery bags for a nickle each, and/or shopping bags for $1.00 (they're smaller now than they were when the law went into effect). The online website is user friendly, and helpful too; I use it weekly to peruse the Flyer! All in all I'm pleased with my store....as I don't get out much, I find it quite a pleasure to shop there!!! One of the cleanest and neatest grocery stores I've been in. Reminds me of the upscale grocery stores I shopped in when I lived on the NY/NJ area. Basic grocery choices but also premium alternatives for the upscale palette. Butcher and seafood department is immaculately clean and beautifully displayed. This could be the friendliest staff of any store I've visited in the Brattleboro area...seriously, everyone is super helpful and quick to offer a pleasant greeting as you wander throughout the store. The store combines a high end patisserie, sushi bar, gourmet farmer's market, world class international imported cheese and deli market, the very best wine/beer/liquor store, the freshest seafood anywhere, amazing fresh cut to order meats, a floral shop for every occasion, frozen foods for every conceivable palate and tons more you never knew you wanted and, of course an awesome selection of the finest groceries anywhere. The addition of their new drop-in clinic for non-emergency visits along with their pharmacy and wonderful customer service and front end staff round out the best team in Berkshire County! If you can't find something, just ask ANYONE OF THEM! They'll stop what their doing and walk you to it! Did I mention the staff is the very best anywhere and, as a lifetime grocer's daughter, it's why I choose where I shop very specifically. If you haven't been there yet, treat yourself and go for breakfast at the pastry shop or Starbucks, or lunch from the pizza, sushi and prepared foods shops and have a seat in their cafe to enjoy your treats. Maybe I'll see you there! ;-)

I shop here weekly and comes close to Wegmans. I get sliced bread from the bakery and they no longer have paper bags to put the warm bread in. If put into plastic and tied up, the bread gets gummy. I will still get bread but will likely bring my own bag. I would think the manager would be on top of this!

I come here for 99.999% of my groceries. I really enjoy the food selection and clarity of prices and coupons. I've had very good experiences with customer service. I use the pharmacy here and I've gotten things from the florist, bakery, butcher, seafood, deli, you name it! I'm satisfied. I only wish they had a little more variety for healthy foods.

I love Market 32, love the lay out. I especially love the prepared meals for $4.99 I do have some suggestions. On the stuffed shells, manicotti you need to put more sauce, on the meals with gravy there needs to be more gravy and the gravy needs to be on the potatoes and the roast beef should have some well done.

Fantastic super market! Rather than just selling food and produce, Market 32 seems to be reinventing the shopping world and giving their customers an opportunity to enjoy the experience of shopping. The selection and options are very good, similar to what we find in much larger cities. The ambiance is classy and dignified. They have a great selection of meats and cheeses, as well as a large variety of ready made foods including a sushi bar! The sushi was fresh, well made and presented. We enjoyed excellent service throughout the store as we interacted with several service associates. Matt M in the prepared foods area went above and beyond his paycheck providing OUTSTANDING friendly service with a smile.

I had stepped up to the Deli counter to order a lunch meat platter but I was informed that there is a 24 hour advance notice required. I explained that a good friend's mother had passed away early that morning. The attendant that I had spoke to contacted his manager. He then asked me how soon I wanted it wow!! The attendant took me aside to place the order with out interruption Great job I asked to have it ready at 4pm. I gave my information and was contacted about an hour later. The nice lady on the phone informed me that my order was ready for pick up. There are still good people out there.
