This started as a "1" STAR review. I ordered flowers for my 81 year old Mom who, lovingly, took care of our cat and dog while we were traveling for multiple weeks. I wanted to say thank you with a beautiful arrangement. The arrangement that was delivered was just sad. It did have three of the flowers shown in the picture, but nothing else was the same. Ordering online from out of town...it's just so frustrating. I emailed the shop with the picture of what I expected and what my mom received. I immediately received a response from Crouch. They were very apologetic and sent a new beautiful arrangement the next day. My Mom was thrilled with the new one. They upgraded from my original order so the arrangement was more than I had expected. They did the right thing by me and I will order from them in the future. Thank you, Crouch, for making it right!

Great Customer Service
Crouch's was everyone's "go to" florist, until ownership changed...found that out the hardest way in April 2015. Ordered (and paid) for a very nice funeral arrangement for my dearest friend in NE TN. About 10 DAYS later, we were called & matter-of-factly informed there had been some problem with the order - and nothing was ever delivered. That was such devastating news; and if not bad enough, getting our money refunded was difficult, and never even a "sorry" response! How do you recover from any florist letting that happen?

Do not give these people the opportunity to ruin a birthday, anniversary, funeral, holiday, etc. Tried to send flowers to mother in texas- paid approximately $30 to make sure it arrived in time for her birthday. That was THREE WEEKS AGO. When I checked on the order, a week ago, they made an excuse that the florist in Texas couldn't be reached (why is it in your database, then?), and actually gave me attitude and the texas phone number and told me to call it myself. A week later, still no word, update, or flowers. I call them and they blatantly lie to my face and say I cancelled the order. I am not a difficult customer, never have been. I sympathize with people in customer service, because I'm in the field myself. THIS WAS JUST HORRIBLE. At least they are going to give me my money back. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Failed delivery. This morning I placed an order for roses to show up at my fiancés work. Not only did she not receive her flowers, but it was $80 after delivery fees. I called to get a refund and they put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I got online to check their hours only to see that they were closed. Could not have been a more disappointing experience. I am highly disappointed and will never give them my business again.

Being in the customer service industry for most of my life, I am very critical when I deal with any company. That being said, I will always use Crouch Florist. Their professionalism from the employees, and especially management, is always on point for me. Thank you for giving me hope that there is still good customer service in America.

We chose Crouch Florist for our wedding. They were extremely helpful and flexible and managed to perfectly balance giving us floral advice (we didn't know much about flowers) with not being pushy or trying to upsell us. They kindly explained every step of the way to us (from the seasonality of some flowers to the billing process). The employees we talked with were all excited for us (I believe it was the manager/owner who gave us her personal phone number). We couldn't be happier with the flower arrangements and professional service from Crouch.
YOU GUYS SUCK. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, cheapest flowers and sell them for 5 dollars a stem for a close to death flower.
I stopped in literally at closing time to pick up a stem or two to cheer up a friend. The lady, I wish I had gotten her name, asked me what I liked, threw together a beautiful little arrangement and shooed me out the door with way more money in my pocket than I should have had left. I will het all my flowers here in the future!
It had great cards and a prearranged bouquets, which are all beautiful. However, I wasn't as impressed as I thought i would be. The workers were very kind though.
I have used Crouch about four times now and they never disappoint. Their flowers and arrangements are always pristine and fresh.

I have lived in Knoxville my entire life. I have always been more than satisfied with the service provided by Crouch. I tried the internet providers once and was horribly disappointed. Crouch has taken care of everything, every-time, no problems!
Crouch delivered some beautiful flowers for my fiancé on Valentine's Day! I gave them complete creative freedom and they went above and beyond. They got 50 red roses delivered to my wife in a specific time frame that she would be there and the window was only 3 hours. I did order 2 days earlier, however I called another florist and they said they could not promise a time. They were amazing on the phone. Excellent customer service!!
Horrifying experience! I order flowers they give me super small flower . Color not match well. Price was too much pay for little a small simple arrangemant.

I have used Crouch multiple times and they always do a great job. Its a nice shop and the staff is helpful. They are great are incorporating in sentimental pieces into your arrangement in a unique way if you request it. A teammate of my son passed away and they made an amazing arrangement in team colors and built it around their championship rugby ball. I highly recommend Crouch for something more than just your average bouquet!

My husband had purchased a floral arrangement on Friday 6/2 for our wedding anniversary from Crouch Florist. We have used this florist several times in the past. The quality of flowers and attention to detail is usually excellent. This time, however, most of the floral arrangement was already dead by Monday 6/5. I emailed the florist last night to see if it was "normal" for the flowers to start to brown out within 3 days. (the arrangement had 6 large yellow roses, none of them opened up and all turned brown) I was not looking for anything other than information as to WHY the flowers may have died so quickly. I had an email response from the florist waiting for me first thing this morning stating that an arrangement should last 5 days on average and at times the flowers they receive LOOK healthy but actually aren't, and it would be almost impossible to tell, which I completely understand. The email communication was very kind and they offered to deliver a replacement arrangement to me this afternoon. I just received the flowers about 30 minutes ago and was at a loss for words when the gentleman walked up to my front door with an arrangement about three times bigger then what my husband originally purchased. All I can say is WOW! and thank you Crouch Florist! You definitely put a smile on my face and made my day. :-)

My mother sent me some flowers for my birthday, but unfortunately I was not home and it was too cold to leave them outside. Perfectly understandable. I called for redelivery the following day and was told that I could expect them between 3-5 pm. Since I needed to be home to get them I delayed my errands until later. They never arrived. The third day after they were originally set to deliver, I called again and although the lady (an employee) was nice, she said she would call me later to explain why they failed to deliver them the second day. The flowers did eventually arrive that same day, however, I received no phone call. After thanking my mother for the gift, I came to find out that they were not what she had picked out and the chocolates she had paid for never made it. I am really not impressed with Crouch Florist. ****UPDATE**** Instead of writing a brand new review I'm writing this update to show that CROUCH FLORIST WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. I received a phone call from the manager this time to help make the order right. She honestly went above and beyond to work it out. The chocolates were upgraded to a bigger box for the inconvenience and a brand new flower arrangement was made. She even delivered it to my house herself! I was VERY impressed! I really appreciated that she explained some things instead of making excuses. A big factor she explained was that unless you order on the actual florist website (not a third party company) , they cannot guarantee good communication. That being said, my situation was still rare. The fact that they made a whole new arrangement, thrilled my mother. We could not be happier or more impressed with how the Crouch Florist manager dealt with our situation. I will most DEFINITELY recommend this florist to others.
I called at 11:30 to have Roses delivered to my Girlfriend at work. they said they'd be there before 5. Of course she texts me and says she may have to go home early. I called them and asked them if they could get them there within an hour, they put me on hold then I had to hang up on them because I was at work. They called me back but I couldn't answer. I tried calling them back but kept getting answering machine but within 30 minutes my girlfriend was texting me OMG they're beautiful. I think they really may have left the store unattended to get the roses there in a rush. Thanks so much!
