Pennie’s Petals was able to deliver on Valentine’s Day and I ordered the day before! I was able to easily place my order online. The prices are much lower than any other place around Norman, as well. Other flower shops should take notice. I’ll order here from now on! Thank you so much for your service. The flowers were beautiful!
