Very disappointed in the flowers we ordered for a family members funeral service. The mum was small and no open blooms and they were in a very cheap looking container. Would not recommend Madelines.

Very displeased with my experiences with this shop. I have ordered multiple arrangements from them, and almost every time 30 minuets after I place my order they call to tell me that the flowers in the arrangement I had chosen aren't available at that moment. Why "Out of Stock" isn't advertised on their website before you place a order is my question?! Then they tell me they can create an arrangement of similar size and quality since what I originally ordered isn't available. Whenever I saw the arrangement I had delivered to my girlfriend for our 3 year anniversary I was very disappointed. The arrangement wasn't of the size and quality that was advertised. I rarely write a review like this, but for the price I paid for that arrangement I feel as if I should have been much more pleased with what I saw. At my local flower shop that I usually get flowers from I have paid MUCH less, and gotten MUCH more. If you're thinking about ordering I would check elsewhere. Oh, and also the arrangement died completely within 2 days.

very disappointed in quality and selection of flowers for a 5 yo grandchild's birthday bouquet. It looked like a small bunch of green weeds in a boring, green owl vase. the weeds were sharp and scratched your face if you attempted to smell the flowers. I expected a small, colorful, girlish bouquet for $40.00 + $10 for delivery. I do appreciate the lovely, soft teddy bear with the bouquet! I will not be doing a phone order again; I know the quality of this shop can be exceptional when you make your selection in person.

I live in TX. I just made (2) orders for flowers to be delivered in Edmond to two special people. My wife was a florist for over (40) years before she passed. She always handled the ordering of flowers for my friend's/family. I had to do it myself this year for Valentine Day. Their staff, especially Barbara, made the process so easy for me! Roses are not what I wanted. They suggested different orchids they had fresh and I just told them to go with it! My experience (and their patience with me, which isn't easy) was wonderful! I highly recommend them!

My future mother-in-law ordered a fruit and candy gift basket from this shop to be delivered to my house for my fiancee's surprise birthday party. She paid $80.00 including delivery. When the basket arrived it was wrapped in burlap and you could not see anything inside the basket which is good for them I guess because if I had seen the contents upon arrival I would have demanded that they took it back and refunded her money. The fruit was completely unripe and clearly bought from Walmart and consisted of a bunch of bananas and 3 red delicious apples and 3 peaches. The candy in the basket was two dark caramel pecan clusters that tasted like cardboard (I tried one and threw it out be cause it was so gross), 3 vanilla caramel covered marshmallows (also disgusting, cardboard like), a pack of Sunkist orange slices, 2 ribbon shaped hard candies, and 1 pack of clear rock candy. The basket was so cheap and looked like it was bought from the dollar tree. When the basket was first unraveled it looked like everything was just thrown in there and wrapped in the burlap to conceal that fact. The quality of the items in the basket were all deplorable. My future mother-in-law called and asked us to send a picture of the basket after he had received it and we were too embarrassed to send her a picture because we didn't want to her to feel bad because the basket was so poor of quality. I wouldn't have let her pay $20 for that basket, much less $80 if I had seen what it would actually look like beforehand. If I were the owner of this shop I would have been embarrassed to let this item leave my shop. We will never be ordering from this shop ever again and we will make sure that no one we know ever orders from them as well. I don't know how this shop is still in business - but if they continue with this poor quality of products then they probably won't be for much longer.

I am writing to inform you of my disappointment in the quality of flowers I have ordered. After all the hassle from the first order being blatantly incorrect, the last delivery to correct the issue in no way resembles what I had ordered from your website. This order is for a co-worker who has had surgery, and is bed ridden for several weeks. When I ordered the product to be delivered on behalf of everyone in our office, we expected a beautiful bouquet that was professionally arranged. When we received a “thank you” which included a picture, we were surprised to see the lack of professionalism and quality. I can understand that there are oversights in every business but this clearly could have been avoided. The bouquet I ordered has very little filler, is FULL of daisies, mini roses, and carnations. The last delivery is scarce in bloom, is full of gaps and includes cheap filler that was not a part of the order. In no way does this “remedy” look like the bouquet I had ordered; I would certainly not pay $50 for it. From what I can tell, you charged me for the picture on the right and tried to get away with delivering what looks like could be a meager grocery store arrangement. I understand that the finished product may vary, but how can you tell me they look the same? They say they will refund the money for the arrangement, not the delievery etc. I think that is fair.

The Bilke ladies at Madeline's Flower Shop never fail to impress. I am an Event Coordinator, and Barbara successfully took my vision for our Awards Banquet centerpieces and made them more beautiful than I even imagined. These women are truly floral artists who take the time and attention to detail to ensure that their customers are receiving top notch service.

Did not actually see the arrangement but, I discovered a friend's BD was the day I first looked at my calendar at 4:00pm! I called Madeline's and they most appreciatively said they would get the arrangement out that day! I will definitely use this very accommodating shop again! Also the prices were quite reasonable!

This place is such a rip-off, where do I begin? My wife and I ordered a small bouquet of flowers for my niece who recently started kindergarten to help cheer her up. My wife called and place the order at around 9 a.m. to which she was told they would be done in about an hour. After two hours and no phone call, I decided to just go up there in person to see if they were ready. Needless to say, they weren't. In fact, they hadn't even started on the order. They told me to wait and in about 5 minutes threw something together. As if that weren't enough, they gave me a bouquet that could be describe as meager at best. It consisted of 5 small roses, 1 Gerber daisy and 2 peacock feathers. The vase it was in fit in a cup holder with plenty of room to spare. Then they ring our order up for $33. I could have bought a dozen full stem roses elsewhere for what they charged me for this rinky-dink excuse for a bouquet. Disappointed would be putting it lightly. I hope that they can stretch that $33 a long ways because they will never get another dime from me for as long as I live.

My brother referred me here to order flowers for my sister in law. They were so nice and friendly on the phone. I placed the order and the flowers were delivered quickly and I got a call shortly after from my sister in law telling me how beautiful they were. The arrangement is honestly the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen (and reasonably priced!). I would wholeheartedly recommend them! Don't pay too much attention to some of the negative posts (probably from a competitor)... This flower shop is amazing!

Within a half hour of ordering from Madelines, I received a call from them letting me know that they don't deliver to the location I had selected. Although I was disappointed that I couldn't get a delivery, I appreciated the call to let me know that. I was not charged. I had something like this happen with FTD flowers and instead of letting me know that they were out of the selection I paid for, they just didn't deliver the flowers. I eventually had my money returned, but a phone call would have been easier. Thanks for the courtesy, Madelines.

The first time i went here the flowers were awesome and my GF was very impressed so we decided this was going to be our new flower shop. The 2nd time i received a bouquet it was slightly worse and the 3rd time is unbearable. We wont be ordering from here again so i guess its time to look elsewhere.

My wife ordered her bridal bouquet from the owner Barbara. My wife and I showed her pictures of all the bridesmaids bouquets, the flowers used for the bouteniers, decorations and my wife even showed her, her gold wedding gown. Barbara allowed us to pay her the day of when we picked up the bouquet. We recieved an email from her the day before demanding a payment, saying she wouldn't make the bouquet until the last payment was made. We called and made the payment over the phone as soon as they opened the next day, the day of the wedding. My wife told her NO WHITE, as nothing in our wedding was white. Her gown was gold and our colors consisted in various shades of blush and dusty rose, black and of course gold. My wife also asked for a cascade bouquet, instead we recieved a classic round bushel with two long stems at the bottom, looking as if they forgot it was supposed to be a cascade. The bouquet we recieved was completely white when I showed up hours before pick up. I had to ask Barbara to add some kind of pink. What she did add was more white roses with pink in the middle. My wife asked for gold glitter to be sprinkled over some of the flowers and the gold that was used made the roses look yellow. May I remind you my wife's dress was gold... The gold paint used on the leaves and all the greenery looked silver and they painted over the baby's breath. A couple weeks before the wedding, Barbara said she would cut us a deal, and we were very thankful for that. But the professionalism, or the lack there of regarding a payment was astounding. We had no idea that "cutting a deal" meant discarding every ounce of what my wife envisioned for her bouquet.

Had a great experience with Madeline’s! They called to let me know the flowers I ordered were not in season and did a beautiful arrangement with fall flowers! They also let me pick the stuffed animal I had going with the flowers and were super nice and accommodating! They did a prompt delivery - I ordered late the night before and they delivered the flowers by noon the next day! Would highly recommend!
