I called to order a boutonniere for St Pius prom for my daughter today and the women who answered the phone acted annoyed with me. When I further told her I needed purple flowers she informed me they had nothing at all in purple(again very rudely) I said okay I guess I will call someone else! She then said "okay" and hung up! I've never done business with them before and being a business owner myself I would have expected her to say " oh, I'm really sorry but we don't have any purple flowers right now ect...." I would have said thank you and tried them in the future. I do not see this business as a customer oriented business and will NEVER do business with them!

I needed some flowers on short notice (due to my poor planning) and I was able to walk in and the owner, Susan, made me up the “Arrive in Style” arrangement while I waited. It was beautiful and she made it very quickly! I love that it is on the west side of Albuquerque and I will definitely order flowers from Apple Blossoms in the future.

I placed an order online for an arrangement to be delivered to a dear friend. It was BEAUTIFUL. I even got a text confirmation as well as a voicemail letting me know it was delivered. The arrangement was just as stunning as the picture, which is why I picked it. I will definitely refer this florist to anyone who wants to get their money's worth, and will absolutely use them again. Went in to discuss arrangements for my wedding and all I received was attitude and negativity. I explained I was open to suggestions and that there are 2 flowers I dislike that are common in wedding boquets and she stated that she doesn't know what I could want then so we left. Horrible customer service!!!!!

My experience with Apple Bottom West was general. I went into purchase a Lei for a graduate and although I called ahead for the necklace, I witnessed several young men and woman come into the shop to purchase flowers and the front desk/servicing women completely ignored them for a solid two minutes. I was alittle taken back by the rudeness and wasn't sure if they were being discriminated against because of their age (most likely in their mid-twenties) as the two older women obviously saw them come in and their door especially made a loud noise when they opened the door. When the two older women decided to acknowledge them, I could easily see the judgment see was giving them behind her glare, as if these young kids had come into rob the store. When in actuality, the young kids were there to pick up a very large order of flower lei's. The young kids may not have noticed but I certainly did. My flower was average and truthfully, I may find another store after second handedly seeing the rudeness from these two older women. Hopefully management can address this issue with them in order to not loose business as I've noticed several other reviews touched on this issue. I can certainly understand being busy, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude. Customer Service is everything and this is the business they have chosen to work in.

I live out of town and called to arrange for a flower delivery in their vicinity. They were very helpful to me and were so pleasant to deal with. They went to some extra trouble to get the flowers delivered and kept me informed along the way. I really appreciated their great customer service and the flowers were pretty too.

We found out about a funeral happening on Tuesday. We called Apple Blossom West on Monday and they were able to deliver in less than 24 hours later. The family was extremely happy with the arrangement that was delivered. Apple Blossom was very professional in taking the order and knowledgable in executing. Not only did they deliver a great arrangement they also called to inform us the delivery occurred. This level of customer service was amazing and very pleasing to receive. Went in to discuss flowers for my upcoming wedding. They were so aggravated that they barely spoke to us and were so disgruntled we left and decided not to come back. We didn't even get a consult--instead we were instructed to look at outdated books they had around the shop. Beyond their rudeness and bad attitudes, the shop was chaos--overall not a good place to be.

There was a mistake on one of my orders so they had to redeliver the arrangement that I ordered. When the arrangement was redelivered they sent an upgraded arrangement to the one I ordered to make up for the mistake. In my opinion I think that more than makes up for the small mistake.

I have always had great service from Apple Blossoms whether I ve gone inside the store or called on the phone. It is important to me that I support local business and that is how I first came across this florist. The flowers last so much longer than ANYTHING bought at a grocery store or warehouse. I ve ordered many things from Apple Blossoms, from a small $20.00 arrangement, to having them do our son s wedding. It's all been wonderful!!

My Mom has been a fan of Apple Blossoms West for AT LEAST ten years. Because of this I began purchasing for her through them on special occasions. They've been nothing but helpful, I've found that the prices are competitive, and every time my Mom sends me a picture of what she receives, they've been beautiful which is the MAIN thing. When I ordered through 1-800-flowers, etc. they were never as good. They usually seem to not be as full or fresh... they were the "skimped down" version. I'm a little heart-broken that I won't be able to spend Christmas with my family this year as I'll be out of the country. Because of this it's important my family receives something extra special. Thankfully, I know I can count on Apple Blossoms and Susan to provide that. Thank you Apple Blossoms for providing consistent, amazing quality through the years!!!

Owner was very rude. She argued with me when I called asking why I didn't receive a confirmation call letting me know my flowers were delivered. Needless to say, they were not delivered on time when I specifically told her they had to be there before the recipient got off work. Do not recommend this place. Sadly, this was my first experience having flowers delivered. Wow. Pretty bad.
