Wonderful and perfect! Thankful to God for putting this store close by. And they have great customer service and make me feel very cared about. They customized my bouquet today and dreamed with me about what I could give to my fiance that I just proposed to. :-D I have used them a few times.

My father, 83 year old Korean veteran, went into Flowerama the morning of Mother’s Day to get 2 single yellow roses for my mothers gravesite to place on her tombstone. They told him they didn’t have any yellow single roses for sale! I never seen my father so disappointed! Not exactly your local caring florist instead they suggest buying an entire arrangement how pathetic!

My anniversary carnations are still beautiful with no sign of wilting, and they were purchased on June 27.

Ordered a dozen roses for a Anniversary . Ask for Purple or Salon . Was told no purpple and that was fine. Got a call later they had purple ready to go . I had them delivered as I was on the road . The wife brought them hope and they look like they were a week old and brown around the edges . Never again .

Staff was very friendly. Selection was adequate. Initially felt the prices were a little high. Buy flowers pretty regular but seldom have delivered. When I asked, yesterday afternoon, was told it was top late to have delivered then. I specifically asked that they be delivered by 10 am or before. Apparently they forgot to put that in their notes. It's now afternoon and they still haven't arrived. My wife will likely be running afternoon errands when they do. Thanks for ruining my plan. Smh. I'm livid.and this was a huge failure. Very disappointed.

The person that answered the phone was very rude plus whenever I got there they were very unwilling to help I understand it's Valentine's Day but that's their job is to cut flowers they should want to help you and want to make the boocoos of money that they do I was actually astonished but my little boy did like the windmills

I have been getting flowers here for my wife for years now. They have always been some of the best looking and longest lasting I have seen. The staff is always super helpful and will customize to my needs. I don't even bother to try any other place anymore. No need. Why risk it. If you don't see what you need on display .... ask. A+

The store had an amazing display of flowers. The overall appeal of the place was perfect. From the decorations to the smells everything just seemed perfect. I went in to buy a corsage for prom and they were very helpful in finding the perfect corsage. There is a very welcoming presence in the shop. Everyone was very friendly.

Just before Mother's Day I received a beautiful arrangement ordered through Flowerama. It contained roses, lilies and other flowers. I am just amazed that this arrangement still looks lovely. The roses are just starting to go after 9 days. Thank you Flowerama!

My husband sent me a plant for our anniversary. While I'm sure it will be beautiful, it hasn't bloomed yet. He called this order in and told them what to put for him. There are misspelled words as well in the card. My advice: Make sure the flowers you are sending are bloomed, and spell out each word you wish to have written in your card.

Very disappointed. Dropped the ball for my daughter's birthday. Sweet 16. Wanted her to feel special having them delivered to her at school in front of her peers. Never showed up. Will never get a referral from me. Had to go pick them up ourselves. The insincere apology(said they forgot) and the $10 delivery refund can't fix that. . .

the customer service is extremely poor the lack of communication caused my flowers to turn black on the morning of my wedding and then they turned around and basically called me a liar that they didn't give us the instructions that they actually did give us. I would not recommend anyone here they are not worried about your needs as long as they get the sale.not toentire I was hung up on twice by the owner

First time using flowerama yesterday. I had flowers delivered to my lady. I dont know a thing about flowers but Colleen was very helpful. I described what I wanted and they put together a really nice arrangement. I asked for 10 AM delivery and they got there exactly at ten. Their flower game is on point. Will definitly be a repeat customer.
