I had a special delivery for a 30th Wedding Anniversary for Monday. Gave specific directions but was one number off in the address. If they had wrote down the specific directions it would have helped. I also gave my phone number and the person that was to get the delivery. They waited to call me until Wednesday to say they couldn't deliver it. I asked how come they waited so long. They also had no record of his phone number. I have to give them credit they tried to deliver twice to the next house over but not the one in the specific directions I had given. I had them deliver it to the work address of the husband. I called back to say I had given the wrong address and was sorry about that. The fellow that answered the phone was rude and cut me off. I told him about the address and said I wished they had called me back on Monday instead of today and he hung up on me. I don't order flowers very often but will never order from them again. Just to let you know I had another call from them for a total of 4 in one day on where to deliver them. Finally got the flowers around 2pm on Wednesday. They said the flowers and chocolate were awesome! It would have been nice to have those on their 30th Anniversary. The delivery lady was very nice. But I still won't order from them again.
