I ordered flowers from blooms today. They went through Springvale Flowers.... Absolutely unacceptable. There were roses, carnations and lillies in my order. I paid 79. What was sent was daisies and a carnation with a sloppy hand written card

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday through 1800flowers and the day after the order was made and to be delivered they decided to decline the order because they claim Shapleigh was 40min away, it was 18 min away. When asked if i can pick them up they declined.Worst part is they contacted the recipient and not me to tell me they were not delivering. I have never dealt with so much stupidity ever.Thanks because I couldnt get a refund either because they would not deliver and lied to 1800flowers of the distance. I would give you NO stars but its not an option. Horrible!!!!!!

Went to the flower shop in person to ask the difference between the 3 options on a flower arrangement I saw on the website, the most expensive option had 6 roses red vase and white fill in flowers I ordered this one and paid top dollar to have it delivered 0.8 miles away the next day. The flowers got delivered on time but was the small option that only had 4 roses a clear vase and not as many white fill in flowers, but the personal note was correct. I called the owner she said it must have been switched by the delivery driver and I could drive to the shop myself and get 2 single roses to make it right not a refund not a credit in my book me driving to get flowers isn't the same as them delivered in the right setting for what I paid. This was the cheapest looking arrangement I have ever bought from a local company I do NOT recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the the trouble and shop at lees floral or Downeast.

Very disappointed in the Christmas flower arrangement. Received flowers on 12/14/18 and the roses were already wilted. I called and I was told that that was not possible! Today 12/17/18 the white roses are all brownish. The picture of what it should have looked like is not what I received. It was supposed to be all red roses not mixed with what supposed to be white roses. I did what I was supposed to do to keep them freshly watered. Whoever put the arrangement together left a lot of bare spots and should have been more careful about choosing healthy looking flowers!

I had printed a picture for my mom to bring to florists to shown them what I wanted for my wedding bouquet. Several florists did not even work with her because they could not find lilacs. This florist was willing to help anyway possible. She made the flowers just as I had wanted them to. They came out beautiful

I requested a set of bouquets for a wedding party and provided them only with the color scheme for the wedding. I received a wonderful set of matching bouquets that had character and looked amazing in wrong pictures. I highly recommend them.

Ordered flowers 2 weeks before a funeral and specifically indicated I needed delivery before the 10:00 AM service. For whatever the reason they did not deliver until the service had begun and had to leave the flowers in the church basement where the lunch was served. We were devastated that they did not deliver as promised. We would not recommend this business to anyone who needs flowers delivered by a specific time. Their customer service is terrible. I called them twice to find our why they had not delivered the flowers and they were rude on the phone. If you need flowers and good customer service go to another florist. We will not buy from them again and will tell our friends and relatives to go elsewhere.
