They do a great job arranging the flowers even on super short notice I walked in needed a small arrangement really didn't know what I wanted I just picked out a vase and she did the rest. They were great and the person I have them to they brightened their day even days later

We had a little bit of a snafu with the delivery date, no big deal. Two weeks later another order was placed and I wasn’t charged. Impeccable customer service! I was told, “I always want to make things right.” That’s exactly what they did, made it right and then some. Both bouquets were absolutely beautiful, my wife loved them. I ordered flowers, balloons and chocolate on the internet from California. I placed my order well after closing time on Friday night, and according to the website, this location is only open form 9am to noon on Saturdays. I was far more than impressed when they completed my request and delivered my FULL ORDER by noon that next day. I was skeptical and worried about not giving enough notice, and this was a very important delivery for me, but sure enough, the staff here came thru with a beautiful display of flowers and the two balloons I ordered, and even the chocolates. They did seem to miss the accompanying card so the receiver was not aware where the flowers came from, but that is so minor. I am just overly excited with the service here. I will order again, when the need arises. THANK YOU!
